    Plumbing

    My toilets had been backing up . Sometimes they would flush sometimes they wouldn't. One just started to over flow. I called Mr. Rooter, the dispatch people were helpful and nice. The plumbers came by at the time specified , Chris Cochrane and Fernando ( I didn't get his last name, sorry) They went over the problems it could be and gave me quotes. The problems were fixed quickly and Chris also told me how to fix the situation should I have anymore problems. They were great... I was embarrassed due to the situation "toilet problems" but Chris and Fernando made me feel as though there was nothing to be embarrassed about! Thanks so much! I would definitely use this company again!

    Bathtub leak

    Had a leak in with my bathtub faucet which I couldn't fix myself. Contacted Mr. Rooter and had prompt, on time and professional service. Thanks Bruce for fixing my problem.

    Clogged Main Drain

    My wife discovered that the sewer backed up at our Laundry room drain - what a mess. Called Mr. Rooter and Travis arrived in a couple of hours with his "See Snake". The clogged sewer pipe was quickly cleared, but the camera found that there was a separation in the clay sewer pipe section. Travis gave us a quote for breaking up 5 ft of concrete floor, digging down 2 ft and replacing f ft of clay pipe with PVC Pipe and installing a backwater valve. Roman and Vladamir, Travis' " A Team" arrived the next day and did the work. Very competent, knowledgeable and worked quickly to do the repairs. They laid down tarps from the location of the work to the door - didn't leave any tracks or dirt. Best of all Roman showed us the damaged pipe before they replaced it and explained the work that they were doing. Might be a little costly, but the repairs were done quickly and with their 25 year warranty, we are extremely happy with the results.

    Great service

    Ron Jackson was quick to figure out our kitchen drain problem and fix it perfectly. Company price structure is heavy fyi but the quality of work and quick response time is what your paying for. Thanks.

    clogged toilet

    We've used Mr. Rooter many times before. our toilet clogged on a Saturday morning. We called, and Brian MacDonald arrived within an hour. He quickly unplugged the toilet - he was very nice, very fast, and provided excellent service.

    Toilet

    The service was quick and painless. The employee was great, and was efficient in his work. Would definitely recommend this company to friends family and whoever else needs this service.

    Ensuite Shower Drain Plugged

    Ensuite shower drain was plugged. Rick from Mr. Rooter (GTA) quickly diaganosed the problem and explained the options in detail. After clearing the drain line Rick cleaned up the mess. He also provided many suggestions to prevent a recurrence. Friendly courteous service. I would not hesitate to call him again.

    multiple calls for drain clogs and basement sewer backup

    we used MrRooter for a sewer backup a year ago. they upsold us unnecessary services and did not fix the actual problem. 10 months later, we're experiencing the same problem

    Leak in basement washroom

    I had a leak in the basement washroom. Both the wall and floor were soaked with water. I called Mr. Rooter and they responded quickly by sending Brian to assess the situation. He was very professional and courteous and helped us find out the source of the leakage right away. He also helped us arrange the restoration company to come to take down the wall and dry out the bathroom. I'm very satisfy with their service. Highly recommended!

    toilet repair

    I called Mr. Rooter in a panic as my toilet was leaking all over the bathroom floor and the shut-off valve was busted. I could not get the toilet to stop leaking nor shut off the water. The dispatch was great and had a plumber here within the hour. I was told what the problem is and shown a chart of their fees so I knew exactly what to expect in repair costs. The plumber Brian M was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with the service I had in my home.
