    Kitchen sink backup

    I called Mr Rooter in a panic at 8:00am when I discovered my kitchen sink was totally clogged.....the technician Robert Cassels arrived within 45 minutes, assessed the situation, wrote up an estimate and proceeded.......within 30 minutes he was able to clean out a 40 foot line of pipe that had thick calcified grease......this is the second excellent encounter I have had with Mr Rooter and would recommend them highly.

    Pipe Leak above Water Heater

    Water was spraying from a pipe 6 inches above the water heater. The shutoff valve was seized and all I could do was turn off the main water supply. I called Mr. Rooter around 7:00 p.m. and within the hour Technician Robert arrived. He surveyed the problem and told me exactly what he was going to do. This is the third time I have used this service and Robert was just like the others, he was professional and courteous. He repaired the leak, cleaned up the mess and I was happy to have the water running again.

    Faulty telephone shower hose caused flooding in our diningroom below Ziggy was the best.

    rubber hose inside telephone shower cracked. water dripped from under our jacouzzi and onto our dining room light fixture and then all over the diningroom. The shut off valves were stuck and had not be used in 10 years. Ziggy changed them and once we buy a new telephone shower house, we'll be fine. He was friendly, fast and a good communicator explaining everything. Would highly recommend him.

    Bathroom Seal Replacement

    Rick from Mr. Rooter was a real pro and gentleman! He was very courteous and took the time to explain the service and what was required. He was very polite and understanding and I would highly recommend him. Knowledgable, friendly, effective at his job. Highly recommended!!!

    Main Stack and Main Sewer Line Replacement

    My sewer drain backed up into my basement (roots and collapsed clay pipe). I first went online and read reviews and made a couple calls. I called Mr. Rooter and scheduled a time. Robert P (project manager) called me back a bit later and agreed to come to my house very early the next morning to accommodate my schedule. He was very honest with pricing and listing potential unknowns. After assessing the pipes, he was confident with what the problem was - and as it turned out, he was completely on point (as I watched the crew periodically when they came out). The service exceeded my expectations, Romon and Vladymyr were very friendly. They called me down at certain points to show me the issues and the progress. Additionally, the clean up was outstanding - completely exceeded expectations. They made this whole ordeal very pleasent under the circumstance.

    Shower drainage issue

    Great service! Called Mr. Rooter and within an hour had someone at my place. Bruce quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to fix on the spot. 30 minutes later he was out the door.

    Bathtub cartridge failure

    Bruce was great customer service explained everything that was happening before doing any work. He Was quick in getting new parts he needed to do that job. I highly recommend Bruce for future jobs.

    Quick, clean, professional valve replacements

    Needed 3 valves replaced - one for a toilet, and 2 for the washer. Called them for an appointment, they scheduled one for the next day, and called me 1 hour before the plumber was due to arrive. The plumber was professional, courteous, and explained exactly what was needed and the best course of action. I;m very satisfied with the job, Would recommend to anyone looking for a good plumbing company.

    Bathroom Shower and Sink Repair.

    Bruce was great. Very attentive to detail. Took the time to explain every intricacy, and was very patient and detailed with our questions. He took the time to seek out every option for bringing down the cost with a great understanding of suppliers in the city. We'd highly recommend him in all his work.

    House renovation

    The plumber was on time friendly did a fantastic job will recommend him to friends and family. He cleaned up after his job and did a number of tests to make sure that the job he did was not leaking. The technicians name was Bruce
