    Great sefvice

    When our toilet clogged I needed emergency service. I called Mr Rooter and a plumber arrived within an hour. He was courteous and friendly and he walked me through the proces of auguring our toilet. It cleared and is working fine. Thanks Mr Rooter!

    Replace shower cartridge, replace toilet ( customer supplied)

    I scheduled an appointment with Mr Rooter to deal with a faulty shower cartridge. Technician showed up on scheduled time and was excellent. Dan T was professional , courteous and articulate in detailing the tasks. I also asked for a quote to replace a toilet with the new one supplied by me. I accepted both with a small amount of price adjustment provided. While the technician was excellent, and a warranty provided the price was high given the time/job. In retrospect it would I believe it is definitely over priced. Lesson learned and better aware next time

    Kitchen

    kitchen sink clogged, Bruce was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. Also gave great recommendations to prevent the issue in the future. Highly recommend mr.rooter's services, especially Bruce. Thanks!

    Great service!

    I had a blocked toilet that was overflowing. I called on a Sunday morning and the toilet was fixed by 10:30am, that day. Bruce Tech was very friendly and reliable.

    basement sump pump fixed

    Bruce is a great guy!!!!!! He helped us to fix the sump pump, and stopped the leaking in the middle of the night! Definitely recommend him and this company to my friends!!

    Top Floor Washrooms Clogged

    The plumbing technician was very courteous and professional all around. He provided solutions for maintaining a clogged free environment and offered to stop by should we encounter future issues. You were great Bruce@Mr. Rooters

    great service

    Called Mr. Rooter for 2 things - running toilet and leak under kitchen sink at valve. Nasir showed up on time and checked out both my problems. He discussed my options for both problems and cost. note: I had the inside of the toilet rebut a few years back. As I suspected it was time for a new toilet. Nasir left to pick up a new one once we discussed what would be a best fit. He was back in no time and had it installed and working in what seemed like minutes. The joy of not hearing it run every 15 minutes was a to good to be true. Next onto the problem under the sink - I live in a condo and unfortunately the pipes for the kitchen sink involves the building shutting down the water in that set of pipes. Nasir was great he came down with me to talk to the property manger to sort out what can be done. I have to say i am so impressed Nasir came up with a solution that didn't involve the water in that set of pipes being shut down. He installed several new shut-off valves and checked to ensure water was going to dishwasher and fridge. Nasir was amazing again the job was done in no time and up to the condo standards. I highly recommend Mr Rooter and hopefully you will be lucky enough to have Nasir show up at your door. Thank you Nasir!!!!

    blocked drain for bathroom tub

    i woke up to find my bathtub and sink blocked so i called mr rooter for advice they sent a tech by the name bruce with in the hour he was at the door he did some test on the drain and told me that he can have it all clear for me very happy with the work an would recommend to anyone that needs a plumber

    Drain basement flooding

    These guys rescued us from a flooding basement. They responded immediately. Their diagnosis and work were exceptional. Roman and Vlad are the neatest guys, while Phil Stenner made sure we were always happy. A potential mess turned into a happy experience.
