    Low Water Pressure in Shower

    Bruce provided excellent and quick service and I am extremely happy with the result...high pressure, not water leaks. As usual, Mr. Rooter has provided great customer service! Thank you very much!

    Trap seal primer leak in laundry area

    Mr Macgyver (Bruce) solved the problem. We thought we could replace but that wasn't possible, so instead he was able to add a coupling and silicone. Fixed in 2 hours

    Clogged Kitchen Drain

    Rob Cassels showed up on time and very proffessional. Diagnosed the problem right away and Provided excellent service and other advice. Extremely happy with the service today! Will use Mr. Rooter again and will recommend to all my friends.

    ceiling leak

    I had a leak in my commercial property ceiling. Mr Rooter was able to come in on short notice to assess the situation. They returned one week later after hours to diagnose the problem and while the actual leak was not found, they provided replacement of a toilet gasket and shower fixture sealing on the second floor to in hopes that there would be any future leaks.

    Replaced Main Shutoff Valve and Hot Water Heater Shutoff Valve

    We tried to use our hot water heater shutoff valve and it basically exploded with water, and the main shutoff valve worked but also started leaking. I called Mr. Rooter and they promptly sent out a licensed plumber, Waqas Ahmad, who arrived within half an hour and was very professional, experienced, and courteous. Waqas took extra time to explain the process and options, he also gave excellent suggestions for things I can do or watch out for as a homeowner in regards to other plumbing in my house in general. We also had to get the city to come out and turn off the main water and Waqas interacted with the city service tech very professionally and courteously as well. I am very pleased with the excellent work done by Waqas and the services in general provided by Mr. Rooter. I strongly recommend Mr. Rooter, they will make sure the job gets done properly!

    clogged bathtub

    tech (Brian) came . very friendly . Fixed problem. Had a return visit because still was not draining properly. Came next day and unclogged the drain. Everybody's happy. Thanks again guys and girls. Would recommend.

    Sink blockages

    We called Mr. Rooter after trying to figure out what the issues were. Rick from Mr. rooter showed up within 30 mins of the call. Rick spent time educating us on many things that would cause such an issue. He offered advice to minimize on the issues later. He spent quite a bit of time troubleshooting and resolving the problem. We are very happy with the helpful and expedient service. Strong recommendation on the service. Brian M. had to come in and finish off the plumbing in the sink area, he showed up on time with everything he needed. this helped put my mind at ease, and we got the issues resolved in a great amount of time and the service was excellent.

    Replace Entire Sewer Line & Drainage System

    Very happy with the service provided by the whole team that we dealt with at Mr. Rooter. Travis was at the house in good time, very professional and explained what the issue was and how we were going to solve it. Pretty big expense to swallow but I definitely believe you get what you pay for. The work started the very next day which was awesome because we basically couldn't flush our toilets without the the basement flooding. All the guys, Roman and Vlademir, were very professional as well and took good care of the house, made sure there was no damage to the areas of the house they had to walk through to get to the basement. I can't believe how fast these guys worked, they are animals, and not afraid to work late to get a job completed. We moved out of the house expecting to be back in 4 days and we were back in 2. Hopefully I never have to call these guys for an emergency again but I would definitely would recommend them to anyone that does.

    Leaking Water Pipe

    Bruce came quickly and he fixed it and very quickly. We had water damage in the basement and he identified the issue and it was solved in minutes. I'm very happy with this service.

    Bathtub Faucet

    John arrived really quickly and did a great job replacing a broken bathtub spout. Everything was cleaned up and finished quickly and even the caulking around the new spout looked perfect.
