    Plumbing repair

    We had the good fortune of having Chris Cochran come to our house on several occasions for installation and repairs. Each time he has been a pleasure to deal with, professional, knowledgable courteous and clean. he has been a pleasure to work with and has provided excellent service with a smile on every occasion. I would recommend him and Mr Rooter in an instant.

    Kitchen tap, outside tap, ensuite sink, shower head and faucet

    It was excellent starting with the professional manner in which Amanda answered my call. Then Gary came today and worked hard to get all my requests filled in one day. He was very congenial and a pleasure to have looking after these needs. Well done, Mr. Rooter!

    Plumbing Issue

    I am a first time customer but wanted to commend both Chris and Dan who came to my house in Whitby and diagnosed my plumbing issue. They provided me with an accurate quote and then returned the next day to complete the service. They were both professional, knowledgeable and courteous, and all work was done according to the quality and time they stated.

    Kitchen faucet replacement and pipe repair

    I could not be happier with the service we just received from Mr Rooter Plumbing. Booking was super easy, they came same-day, technician was VERY competent and I did not feel like I was being milked for every possible penny (like I often do with plumbers). Special thanks to our technician, Camilo!

    Toilet leak repair

    A leak was discovered in the basement after the upstairs toilet was flushed. When the toilet was lifted off the pipe the wax seal and flange came with it. A an insertable toilet flange was installed into the lead pipe and secured in place. The toilet was replaced and tested. The problem was analysed, a solution presented and the job completed in a professional and timely fashion. The technician was courteous, informative, experienced and left the bathroom in a clean state.

    Water filter replacement

    Right on time, neat and clean, helpful on secondary matter (slow tub drain). Good advice on keeping drains clear in the future.

    plumbing

    I had a problem with my toilet, and a couple of days later, discovered a leak in my kitchen, necessitating a faucet replacement. Service was courteous and supportive, right from the receptionist to the technician. Brian was prompt, reliable, and explained everything clearly. I am satisfied with the quality and glad to have everything repaired without complication. I would recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone who needs work done.

    Toilet installation

    I was hesitant using plumbers due to cost but I was very happy with mr rooter. Bruce came to my place was upfront and honest and I could tell he knew what he was doing. Since then I have used him again with great results and will continue to use for my future plumbing issues.

    Laundry Drain Backing Up

    We have an older home with some...creative plumbing in the basement laundry room. Phil from North York Mr. Rooter and his coworker came and spent a lot of time snaking the drain and discussing potential long-term solutions with us. Excellent customer service.

    Sewer backup

    Great same day service by Mr. Rooter, in particular Chris and Daniel. We had a sewer backup that was 60 feet deep into the main draining pipe from years of debris and grease build up. Chris and Daniel diagnosed the problems with a snake camera and recommended the pipes be flushed out by a high pressured water head. Very pleased with the work. Chris is very professional, friendly, explained the entire process and showed the results. Great work guys.
