    very professional and knowledgeable

    Daniel Thomas was my technician, and I am impressed by his work and pleased with his professional manner. The technician was scheduled to visit from 3:00 - 6:00 pm, but because I got home earlier than expected, I called Mr Rooter and Daniel appeared right away. He assessed the problem and offered me several solutions at various price points. The solution I chose had Daniel working diligently for the next 6 hours, and throughout he answered my many questions politely and thoroughly. The job he did was impressive in quality, and he even took the time and care to clean up the area afterward. In my view, Mr Rooter charges a bit more than other plumbing companies, but you do get what you pay for, which is consistently high quality work.

    Replacement of kitchen faucet

    Rick arrived on time; sized up the job (replacement of kitchen faucet); and went to work. I found him to be competent and efficient; explaining to me why and what he was doing. Rick suggested I become a member of the Lifetime Advantage Plan; that among other things, offers a discount from standard pricing. I was certainly happy I did, when that very night, my toilet developed a leak.

    Convenient and Professional Service

    We had a slow leak. I was able to arrange a convenient time. I got a call saying the repair person was on his way. Daniel arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, explained it clearly to me, got the parts, fixed the problem (toilet and drain pipe), cleaned up, and took the old parts away. He was done in a couple of hours. I didn't have to waste a whole day waiting for a repair person. I would recommend Mr. Rooter.

    Toilet Blockage Solved

    Chris Cochrane was the plumber that came by. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable in his trade. Great guy overall and he even spent time giving me tips on how to avoid certain plumbing issues in the future. I highly recommend him.

    Outside pipe change and toilet installation

    We had the pleasure of having Mr Chris Cochrane take care of our concerns, this gentleman went well and above customer service, his taking time with my 85 year old father and handicapped brother are beyond words, any plumbing need I highly recommend Mr Rooter, ask for Chris, you won't be disappointed....

    Plumbing

    The plumber, Rick Phillips, was superb. His knowledge of his profession, his years of experience, combined with his top notch customer service skills are second to none. He clearly explained what was required for the job and even noticed a secondary problem. Then he went out of his way to fix the secondary problem at a moments notice. It was truly an honest pleasure to deal with him and we'd recommend him in a heartbeat! His patience and willingness to help would also make him an excellent teacher u=in the field.

    Shut off value replacement

    Greg H. responded to our call for service. He was courteous, efficient, helpful, and clean. He answered all our questions in detail and explained very clearly the work he needed to perform. The work was performed without issue and he tested and made sure it was done correctly. We hope to work with Greg again in the future.

    shut off valves for laundry machine changed

    Bruce was excellent. He explained what had to be done very clearly and in a professional manner. He worked very efficiently and completed the job in expert fashion. A very polite and helpful individual as well. I would certainly want him for any future repairs.

    Pipe Leak

    Had a water leak. Service was friendly and professional. Got the job done in a timely manner. Cost for the job was resonable. Would recommend to friends and family. tec. Bruce

    Clogged kitchen sink

    After Reliance plumbing told me I have to change the pipe because snake didn't work I decided to call Mr Rooter to get a second opinion. Ron was so professional and did the job without cutting the pipe. The drain works like a charm! Thank you
