    Back Up into the Shower

    My daughter had used Mr Rooter for a plumbing problem she had experienced. so I called her for the number and details when we had a backup coming up into our shower. Quite a mess. She gave me the number and said I must ask for Ziggy. He was round within the hour and spent at least a couple of hours correcting the problem. He gave us information on how we can prevent this from happening again and later in the fall we will be asking Mr. Rooter to come and replace the cast iron piping in our old home.

    Couldn't be happier

    We had such a great experience working with Mr. Rooter. After learning about some faulty plumbing we had in our basement, Travis and his team were able to diagnose what the problem was, and after all their work/repair, our pipes were immaculately clean and running smoothly. Travis was also super responsive- any time we had any questions, he was quick to get back to us and even came by the house to check on things after the work was completed and was courteous above and beyond expectations. We would recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone who needs any plumbing work done.

    toilet fix

    Rick did the job. Excellent knowledge of the trade and salesmanship, as well. Took time to explain the different options. Not pushy, job well done! Pleasant experience, when dealing with the main office as well. Would recommend this company, and especially Rick to anyone. Thank you for reading.

    Great Professional Service

    Brian was the technician and he was very friendly, professional and informative. I had to get the kitchen sink, bathroom sink and shower faucet fixed. He came and got them done fast and efficient. Thanks for replacing the old faucet in the sink so I no longer need to brush my teeth in the kitchen.

    Drain and sewage repair

    We had a clogged pipe which caused a sewage backup and flooding in the basement. Robert came on a saturday and spent the day diagnosing the issue. He also brought in Restoration One - eric came in with his team on the same day and did a phenomenal job cleaning up and sanitizing. On sunday jimmy and his team worked tirelessly to excavate the front yard to get to the clogged pipe. It was a painful experience but thanks to the amazing professionalism and hard work of Robert, Jimmy and Eric for helping us get thru it! Highly recommend them anytime. Thanks gentlemen!

    unclogging of kitchen drain

    Rick not only fixed our plumbing problem, he also was very informative on the process he was using. He also gave recommendations on what kitchen products to avoid and which ones are good ones to use to avoid clogging in kitchen drains.

    Very Happy with the Service!

    Ziggy Koska came to my door, and was so polite and professional. The first thing I noticed was his clean, pressed uniform, and I was concerned that he was going to get dirty ..... Once he identified the problem he was very clear with what he was about to do and how much it would cost. I was not billed a penny more. I asked him to look at a couple of other "issues" and he gave me he quotes so I could plan to have those fixed at another time. I will ask for him personally, as I was very happy with the service I received and felt that I could trust him. I would absolutely recommend your company to any of my friends and family, and would not hesitate to use you again.

    Washroom repairs

    Anthony Trapani was super! Such a patient and knowledgeable guy. Not only did he fix our issue, he identified more potential problems and gave me alternate solutions, ended up fixing the issues I couldn't fix and signed me up for the membership. I feel great. Thank you Anthony!

    Leaking sink

    Nasir was our technician and he did an outstanding job. He was knowledgeable, laid out the various options I had and was very neat and tidy. I'd recommend him again!

    Ensuite shower cartridge replacement

    We need to replace two leaking cartridges for the shower controls in our ensuite bathroom. After careful research we contacted Mr. Rooter as they seem to have many satisfied customers. We were given an appointment right away and Ron Jackson came on time and completed the work perfectly. In addition to the services we paid, he helped us with other plumbing issues and recommended solutions. We were very impressed by his professionism and kindness, we still have some plumbing issues and will definitely go back to Mr. Rooter and Ron for their help in future.
