    Clogged Master Shower Drain

    Mr.Rooter was the 2nd company that I called as the previous plumber could not remove the clog in my shower drain. Justin had arrived on time and attempted to unclog the drain using a snake. The result was the same and the snake was either not reaching the problem area or too soft to unclog the object. Justin had suggested to open up the ceiling on the main floor (underneath the shower) so he can access the drain and bypass the catch. I wasn't comfortable with that idea so I had asked Justin to provide me with a written estimate so I can do my due diligence before making my decision. I finally made the decision to proceed and Justin arrived after the weekend and brought his operations manager (Ken) with him for a 2nd opinion. They first tried to snake using a different type of snake (different tip) but the result was the same and this time the snake was stuck in the drain vent. After consulting with Ken a decision was made to retrieve the snake from the attic (vent pipe) and also attempt to snake from there. To my surprise, the clog was cleared as Justin was able to reach to problem area directly from the vent pipe in the attic. The entire job took over 4 hrs but I was very happy with the result. Both Justin & Ken kept the working area very clean and the clean up afterwards was a breeze. I am very impressed with the professionalism of Justin & Ken and I will use them again.

    Residential Plumbing, Change Out Main Emergency Shut Off Valve And Associated Piping

    This was a difficult job because the pipes were so old. Other plumbers had looked at this job and did not want to touch it. Greg the plumber did a great job at a fair price.

    Plumbing

    Chris came by the same day I called the company, was very personable and took time to have a proper look at the problems and explain what was behind the issues.     fixing the leak and replacing the upstair toilet seat

    we had a party on new year eve and next morning we woke up with a stain on my kitchen roof right below the upstair washroom toilet seat. We called Mr Rooter n they sent us the plumber .Chris Cochrane(The Plumber) was very professional and very thorough.Besides fixing my problem he gave us a free home inspection too n advice us some good n valuable things.this is our first house so he helped me to understand the other things with the house as well. We're happy to report we'll be calling Mr. Rooter back whenever we need subsequent plumbing services.

    Bad door for months in my bar

    I had an issue that wasn't going away for awhile and Robert and Chris came and were amazing. They troubleshooted the problem and fixed it. Worth the money for sure!

    Kitchen Drain Repair

    Brian MacDonald demonstrated himself to be very knowledgeable and a true expert of his profession. He explained our problem to us in the clearest of terms and then searched for option that cost us the least money. Intelligent, articulate in his explanation, he also worked quickly and diligently, and the final work was 400$ cheaper than he had initially quoted us. I highly recommend Mr. MacDonald, and we have had excellent service from other plumbers at Mr Rooter in years past. A very rare 10-star rating from us.

    Toilet running water

    Punctual, expert service and friendly. The technician Rick Phillips knew immediately what the problem was and fixed it. He also offered a life time membership which will provide special services and discount prices. All in all very satisfied with their service.

    Plumbing leak

    I didn't know what's going on with the leak that was coming from the union to the water meter. I thought it had to be fixed right away and then called Mr. Rooter for the service. Mike Roach came over in the early morning on the next day. He quickly took a look and said it was not our responsibility to fix but the region's. What I would do was to call the region office. This is the first time I tried with Mr. Rooter service, and I felt so professional and reliable. It is charged not based on the time but on the real situation. I would definitely call Mr.Rooter if I need help with any plumbing issue. Thanks, Mike.

    Residential Plumbing Services

    Greg showed up at my door within 1hr of my call. Really nice and knowledgeable guy. He assessed the drain blockage problem right away, and explained the process of the repair. The problem was fixed in no time. He also recommended solutions to avoid further blockage. I highly recommend Greg.
