    Washing Machine Line Repair

    Just back from holidays and started a load of laundry when hot water began pouring out of the hot water connection in my washing machine! Sunday afternoon of a long weekend, water everywhere, disaster. Called Mr Rooter and Ron J. came out ASAP and did a fast, perfect job for us. Such a professional, friendly, prompt service. He even returned to repair a toilet that stopped working after the first repair, no charge. What a fantastic company and plumber, highly recommended, thank you so much Ron!!

    Plumbing

    Ron Jackson was terrific! He honed in on our problem immediately and was able to restore our water pressure throughout the house. Our plumbing seems to work better than ever!

    Water leak

    Quick service and good worker. Helped solve the problem and gave extra details for other services needed outside of his own work. Good company to deal with, competitive prices. Toronto downtown.

    Backwater valve

    This is long overdue! We had water coming up from a basement drain and never had this issue in the past. I called Mr Rooter and by that afternoon, Phil S. came out to assess the situation. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and confirmed it with a camera inspection. The old building trap pipe made of clay was broken. In freezing temperatures, the crew was out and repaired everything within days! Unfortunately, the ground was frozen (minus 30 temps outside), so the crew did their best to fill the front yard back in. Phil told me to give them a call once the Spring came as the dirt/soil would settle. Sure enough, the crew came back not only once, but twice because the soil had settled a couple times creating a big pit. Phil also took care of applying for the rebate from the City which we received within a month! Very happy with Mr Rooter and, without hesitation, I recently recommended Phil/Mr Rooter to our neighbour!

    PLUMBING

    Had several plumbing issues and Brian and Morgan from Mr Rooter came. I was very pleased with the service overall! Good information regarding drain and standards. I will try the environmental solutions for my drains!

    Repair of shared drain pipe

    Very impressed - hard to find qualified contractor in Toronto - found Mr Rooter - huge thanks to Travis Magee and his team - quick response, you can always get hold of these guys - extremely professional and clear to me that they actually care about their customers - they just know what they are doing. fixed pricing and prompt delivery. very very thankful and very impressed

    Toilet repair

    We're so impressed with the quality of service and delivery from Mr. Rooter. Brian M. quickly diagnosed the real problem with our toilet (another plumber had told us it was something else), and he ordered the necessary parts and returned the next day to carefully and efficiently complete the job. Brian M. is great - super professional and super friendly! Thanks so much for your awesomeness!

    Fixed two toilets and one pipe

    The good things about Mr. Rooter: it's easy to set up an appointment with them, they come when they say they will, and they'll give you a free quote (no charge if you decide not to get the work done). We had two toilets that needed a tank rebuild (wonky flushing) and a leaky U-pipe to be replaced. They got it all done in about 90 minutes, and we were pleased with the quality of work. You'll also get an official invoice, and I was fairly confident that if we had issues later, the company would be responsive. The only downside was the cost. We probably would've gotten a better deal with an independent plumber, but that was the original route we tried and the guy (recommended by a friend) flaked out on us three times before we resorted to Mr. Rooter.

    PLUMBING

    I needed plumbing for a new kitchen sink so we called Mr Rooter for help. Brian P and Morgan came and assisted with this and we received excellent service. Thank you Mr Rooter and Brian/Morgan!
