    LEAK IN KITCHEN DRAIN

    We really cannot say enough about Grant Reuston from Mr Rooter. He is not only a fund of knowledge and know-how, but one of the nicest guys we have met. He assessed the problem very quickly and fixed it perfectly. I would not hesitate to highly recommend him to anyone needing the best plumber.

    Miscellaneous Plumbing Work

    George (Yuriy) was assigned to do plumbing work at our place in Brampton on a Sunday. This was the 2nd time he had done work for us and I am glad he was the one doing it. He is very knowledgeable, experienced, professional and very particular about his work. You can instantly notice that he is very passionate about his work and completes his work very thoroughly and without any compromise. So, thanks George for the awesome work. Next time I ever have any plumbing work, I will definitely insist for George from Mr Rooter.

    Laundry sink faucet

    I needed to have my laundry sink faucet replaced, a shower faucet repaired, and investigate water damage from shower upstairs. Yuri from rooter helped me with the first two and connected me with restoration one to remediate the water damage. They were prompt to call me back and came on Sunday to inspect the damage..I was impressed. Yuri did a good job with the faucet replacement and some soldering work to align the pipes explaining what he was going to do, cost of services, and did the install well. I will definitely call rooter again for my next plumbing job.

    Blocked drain repair

    Ron Jackson had some initial problems with our repair but he persevered and managed to get everything working correctly. Professional and cordial attitude to the job and the customer. We give him a 5 thumbs up out of 5. Gayle and Andy Everingham

    Plumbing Emergency

    Pipe under kitchen sink burst and water was flowing everywhere. After I got the water shut off, called for emergency service on Sunday night at 7pm. Plumber arrived a hour later and 35 minutes later main water was back on. Friendly, helpful, and quick. We couldn't have had a better company respond.

    plumbing leak

    I had a plumbing leak and George fixed it very quickly. He had the parts in his truck. Explained everything to me. Very friendly and nice. Would recommend to everyone.

    Sewer Tepair

    We had a huge flood in the basement, Phil from Mr Rooter came out and saved the day. Turned out we had an old trap that failed, Phil and his team had to come back the next day to dig and fix the problem. The crew did an amazing job, you can't even tell they were here and Phil helped us get a rebate from the city. I would recommend Mr Rooter to my friends and family any day of the week, they were great!!

    Faucets and toilet issues

    We had 3 toilets that were finicky and 3 bathroom faucets and the kitchen faucet that were leaking/loose. Rick was amazing! He was right on time and took the time to explain a lot of things to us about different products and options, and he's even great with kids! We are having him return to fix other issues as well, we highly recommend Rick!

    Kitchen Faucet Installation

    This is the 3rd time that we have used the services of Mr. Rooter and once again, they have exceeded our expectations. The Plumbing Technician, Brian MacDonald was a pleasure to work with as soon as he walked in our door. His service was prompt, courtesy and he was very knowledgeable about the kitchen faucet/hardware that he installed for us. Again, we highly recommend the services of Mr. Rooter and thank Brian for his outstanding work.
