Last year, I had a not-so-great experience with Mr. Rooter. A few weeks ago, I shared that experience on Homestars. To my surprise, Mr. Rooter responded to me right away offering to rectify the situation, despite so much time passing.
Today (June 28, 2015) Mr. Rooter's friendly service person came by and installed my new faucet. Upon looking under my sink after installation, I pointed out to him the same leak. I really hoped the new tap would fix the issue. He was quite mystified by the leak but asked that I leave it for 7 days to dry out. Should the leak continue, I will reach out to Mr. Rooter again.
The company credited me the amount charged a year ago and I paid the remaining amount for the tap installation.
We'll see what happens in 7 days!
