    Plumbing

    I called Mr Rooter to attend to my main shut off valve and the City had already turned off the water. Excellent service from the moment I called to when the techincian Brian P came. Great work!

    major clog

    We had a major clog in the kitchen / laundry room pipes, just before Christmas. Waqas Ahmad came on time and fixed the problem. He explained what he was doing and was very informative.

    Leaking drainpipe in basement from kitchen sink

    Waqas arrived early in the appointment time frame I was given, quickly assessed the situation, went and got the parts needed and was finished the job within a couple of hours. He was very professional, friendly, courteous and respectful. He did an excellent job, and removed all debris when he was finished. He showed me what needed to be done and went over his work with me when finished. This is the second time I have used Mr. Rooter, and am still very impressed with all aspects of their service. I will certainly continue to use and recommend them in the future.

    water valve in garage

    Brian came on time, was friendly and courteous and got right to work. He did the work and off he went! I have asked that my file indicate that I want Brian to be dispatched for any work in the future.

    clogged pipes

    My kitchen sink is clogged and does not allow the water through. Upon investigation, my pipes are full of sludge from years past and the way the pipes are constructed, they do not have slopes to allow for water to run properly. Robert from Mr. Rooter came to the rescue and cleared the clog and so my problem's solved. I decided to sign up for membership to save for future service fees and also in order to have the same person/company who knows the plumbing history of my home. It's really helpful that they were able to come the same day I called them....

    clogged tub in tenant apartment

    From the friendly woman who booked my appointment to George the service person who showed up an hour later Mr Rooter service was excellent and friendly. George took care of the problem professionally and courteously. Will definitely recommend to friends.

    Drain clearing

    Emergency situation on Victoria day. My thanks to Robert for his fast and professional service. The whole process was easy and we did not have to wait too long until the problem was fixed.

    main drain replacement

    We had a foul odour in the house that we initially thought was a dead animal. It was unbearable. We called Mr. Rooter to rule out any plumbing issues. Robert Plantic came and found the issue immediately. He used a snake camera to show us that our 100 year old clay drain pipes outside were full of tree roots and were broken. The sewage was backing up and filling in our drains, which would have started to pour into our basement if we didn't address it. Robert and his team were able to started right way. They installed a back flow valve and clean out trap and replaced the old pipes all they way to the city property line. They completed the job in two days and put everything back to how it was. We found Robert and his team friendly, professional and courteous. They addressed all our concerns above and beyond the job. We were very happy with the results. Now the smell is gone and we can move on to enjoying our house again. Thanks Robert and team!!

    Shower repair.

    Our shower wouldn't shut off, and after trying to make a repair to the cartridge myself, I decided the work was beyond me. The Mr. Rooter telephone personnel were helpful, and dispatched Rick immediately on a Sunday afternoon. He checked out the situation, offered several possible solutions, and all-around helpful. He returned first thing Monday morning with the parts he needed and performed the repair. They aren't the cheapest, but everything went very smoothly and quickly, which is worth paying for. Thanks, Rick!

    Rebuilt toilet & new drain kitchen

    Toilet was running and valve dripping & drain in kitchen sink rusted away. I call and got an appointment the next day. Carey arrive - I was in fear I would need at new toilet and kitchen sink. Nope not the case Carey said he could rebuild the the toilet and the sink easy just a replacement pipe need. OMG Carey was done both in no time and absolutely no mess. A big THANKS to Casey ! Highly recommend company and hopefully you will be lucky enough to get Casey!
