    Faucet install

    I had Danny from New Canadian Drain & Plumbing come to my home to install a faucet I purchased. Danny was professional, kind and very experienced plumber, he knew what he was talking about. I highly recommend New Canadian Drain & Plumbing for their professionalism, punctuation and most of all a company you can rely on at any given time.

    Kitchen Plumbing

    Majid and Habib were on time, fixed the clogged sink problem and, most important, clearly explained how our old plumbing should be updated to prevent problems in the future. We will definitely call New Canadian and Plumbing to do our upgrade.

    Amazing help with shower issue

    I contacted New Canadian Drain and plumbing about some issues that I had with my shower. They were so polite and friendly and sent a technician quickly to my home. Winford was such a kind person and tried his best to explain that I need to replace the faucet for my shower/ bath combo. He was so dedicated to his work and ensured that he completed the work in one day even though it was already quite late in the day just so I would not have to wait until the next day to finish it. I appreciate Winford caring so much about his work and his customers that he would not leave half way through the work. Thank you Winford and New Canadian Drain and Plumbing.

    Clogged Sink

    I had a badly clogged sink and Danny showed up to save the day. He was very nice and polite and had the problem fixed in no time along with some suggestions like replacing the closed trap with one that has a removable drain cap. There was no shortage of conversation as were both from Croatia which was a nice surprise!

    Pipe in Ceiling

    Danny the plumber came to my house for a broken pipe in the ceiling. He called his boss and his boss gave a great reasonable price. I'm very impressed with the workman ship and communication level between the boss and his employee. The company is very professional. I highly recommend.

    Bath spigot repair/replacement, new faucet

    New Canadian has a big team and has always been able to dispatch someone at a convenient time. This last call involved having them repair/replace something I could no longer get a $120 replacement DIY part from Moen and do myself. While their plumber was here I asked him about a constantly dripping tap that Moen had sent the incorrect cartridges for. He replaced the tap with a basic, durable hotel quality Moen one and the issue was solved. It might have been less expensive to supply my own but overall it was convenient and limited how much running around I had to do.

    Mixing valve

    I had challenges with my mixing valve. New Canadian was able to respond and fix the problem within 1.5 hours. Outstanding and very friendly service.

    Amazing service

    Was 9 am and had an emergency, bloke came and sorted it out immediately. Would recommend again. The guy Danny was great.

    Unclogged Drain on Kitchen
