    Dripping bathtub

    I was horrified to find my bathtub dripping so much that it filled an entire glass in a few hours. I called New Canadian Plumbing early on Saturday morning, and my call was answered right away by a very friendly and sympathetic receptionist. She gave me an appointment time for that same afternoon. The technician, Mark, arrived even sooner than I had hoped. Mark was polite, patient ( I had,a few questions!) and utterly competent. He explained what needed to be done, and got to work. He finished quickly, and left my bathroom in a very clean state. I will definitely call New Canadian again with any future problems.

    Full service plumbing, excellent, good value for my money.

    Tony was punctual, arriving exactly when I had said it was convenient for me. I needed my kitchen faucet replaced. He had exactly the right replacement item with him, and replaced it efficiently without leaving a mess. He was courteous and respectful. I will use this company again. This is not the economy option, but I am sick of hiring people to fix other people's shoddy work. Quality and convenience are worth it.

    replaced 2 faucets in laundry and 1 faucet in garage.

    I needed to fix my leaking faucets in laundry before my new washer arrived the next morning. Mark arrived in an hour after I called for the service. Job well done. Service you can count on.

    Plumbing

    Mark came to my house today reviewed the multiple repairs needed and gave estimate on the spot and was here all day and completed all tasks well. He is courteous, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He replaced Roman facet set in the master bathroom and replaced a shut off valve and outdoor tap, repaired and basement shower drainage issue and repaired caulking in 2 shower stalls and 2 bathtubs. When done each job showed old parts removed and had me inspect the jobs to ensure I was happy. He did a great job and was very helpful and I appreciated his efforts

    Dishonest work

    My toilet was leaking & I informed the plumber what I thought was the issue which I suggested was the flapper. He informed me after a quick glance, the issue was the fill valve. I took his word and had it replaced. Paid $300 and off he went. I flushed the toilet again make sure it was fixed, it wasn’t I still heard that same leaking sound. I called him back and after further assessment he tells me it’s the flapper that’s causing the leak. I asked him then why did I pay $300 for a fill valve when a flapper costs $30. He insisted that needed to replaced. Then he has the nerve to ask me to pay for a new flapper and that he will not charge me the cost of going to get this new flapper. I told him I will not be giving him another cent. I then called the business to complain which fell on deaf ears. I strongly suggest you look elsewhere for your plumbing needs.

    Kitchen faucet and outdoor hose connector

    Hired Mahmoud (Mark) to install new faucet, replace multiple valves and install a new outdoor hose connector. He did a very good and professional job and quality of items he used were of better quality than what I had before. Everything works great and I no longer have to deal with leaky faucet damaging cabinet and now have easier to use and more durable shut off valves and faucet.

    Great work, fast and efficent service

    I had a problem in the main house drain that caused water to back in my basement. Shendon and his crew showed up exactly as promised and completed the job in a day. Drain is a job that can't be seen so it's easy to cut corners without anyone knowing but they didn't. They did things right and professionally and answered all my questions and concerns. They are not the cheapest company but they do the job right.

    BR sink unclogging and Kitchen Sink Pipe Replacement

    Technician (Mark) was on his “A” game, and with a blur of speed and skill completed two jobs in the time of one. Best service in 8 years in Canada!

    Toilet and plumbing repairs

    Very happy with the prompt estimate and service to diagnose toilet issues. Plumber Winford did a really great job removing the older toilet and installing a new toilet unit. He also repaired the toilet water shut off valve which was leaking. I'm a happy first-time customer and can recommend New Canadian Drain & Plumbing Ltd. I'm glad to have found such a reliable plumber and will use Winford's expertise in future repairs.

    Leak repair

    Mark came and fixed a leak by our hot water tank. He was prompt, friendly, and clearly explained the issue and the fix. The work was quick and we're happy with the result. Would recommend!
