    Clogged toilet

    Plumbing technician George (Ji Chel) attended our home when promised, was very courteous and ensured social distancing, he accessed the situation with the clog and explained what was required to be done and got to work right away ensuring there was limited mess caused and soon our toilet was back in working condition again, I was very impressed how George took the time to explain what appears to have occurred and how to avoid this from happening again. I will most definitely keep this company in mind for any future plumbing needs. Thanks again George and New Canadian Drain and Plumbing. Gail

    Unreal timing and service

    The plumber showed up within 45 minutes of my call, gave me a quote within minutes and started to work ASAP. Friendly professional and left the work space cleaner than it was when he arrived. More than happy with this company and I am very glad I got the plumber that I did he was awesome!!!

    Replaced a shower head and a kitchen faucet

    The plumber was prompt and arrived on time. They provided a quote and I felt the cost was a little high ($430+hst) to replace a shower head and a kitchen faucet. The plumber tried to explain how costs are set by the company. Fair enough. When I asked about the warranty on labour, I got a response about how customer supplied products are not warrantied. That is fine, but what about the warranty on labour?. The response I got was an explanation about the difficulty of determining whether a potential future problem is related to the parts or related to the labour. I asked about the cost of buying their products so everything is covered under their warranty. Their kitchen faucet looked the same as the one i bought but was 5 times the cost. I was not interested in buying their products. I told the plumber that I needed to leave, and would return in a couple of hours to see the finished job. He asked me if I could pay beforehand. I refused and told him that this is not the typical process I have experienced. I said I could sign a work order if needed, and he made me sign an invoice with the quoted amounts. Later, he used a new invoice with the same amounts, and made me sign again. It has only been a few days since the job completed and no problems so far. If I have leaks in the near future, I don't know if this company will blame the product. Overall, I don't really mind paying what I believe is a premium for a relatively simple job, but I expect a higher level of service if I am paying more.

    PLUMBING LEAK THROUGH BASEMENT CEILING

    Turned on the outdoor water tab for spring. Heard dripping in the basement, water coming through the ceiling. Called New Canadian Plumbing. Habib came within 20 minutes, found the problem, removed the old tab which required a lot of work and put in a new tap, He was terrific, worked very hard, cleaned up and even called us the next day to make sure all was okay. This company is first rate, honest, reasonable and reliable. Cold have been a disaster.

    Bathroom Plumbing

    Mark was a professional worker than made our family feel confident in the work that he was performing. He walked us through everything that he was doing, reassuring us that the job was being done correctly. He was very cordial and efficient worker.

    Excellent service

    Purchase and installation of a replacement water heater in our condominium apartment. Throughout the process, the company was attentive and efficient. Mark the installer was prompt and thorough and left the workspace immaculate.

    Toilet and drain issue

    We contacted new Canadian drain and plumbers ltd. Shendon brown showed up early and didn’t make us wait. I highly recommend Shendon and new Canadian drain and plumbers Ltd from start to finish. He was professional, polite, thorough, clean, and knowledgeable. We are overall satisfied and happy with the outcome and will defiantly contact him again in the future.

    Leaking Kitchen Faucet

    This was an emergency call at mid morning on a 5 month Moen kitchen faucet which started leaking non-stop regardless on whatever angle the handle was positioned at. Water was going steady down the counter etc. My go to Plumbing needs, for many years, I called New Canadian Drain and Plumbing and was told that it would be about an hour's wait. I explained the situation and the person who answered the phone said of it will be at least .30 minutes. A plummer, by the name of Habib (Habibollah Hosseini) arrived within 20 minutes and immediately took a look at the faucet and said I know what the problem is. I said great, you mean I need a new faucet? He said, No, I am sure I can fix like brand new because there is nothing wrong with the faucet. A piece inside has become loose and it needs to be tightened and it will be fine. I was not so convinced and asked him to replace it. He said No I will replace it if it needs to be done but it not this faucet is new and no purpose to replace it. He took to work within a minute or so and sure enough a cartridge was loose. He tightened and problem was solved. He was Amazing and efficient, fast and very approachable and easy to communicate and explain the situation very nice. I have used New Canadian Drain and Plumbing over many years and all situations have been quite unique and extensive work, this actually was the simplest and easiest job I have had but due to the continuous running water it made it much more Urgent than the others and I was so grateful for Habib's professionalism and speed in which he approached the situation and made it like nothing had happened 10 minutes or so later.     Plumbing service / Replaced Hose Bib

    I contacted New Canadian Drain & Plumbing because of a rumbling sound I was hearing when the shower was running. Within a few hours of calling Tony came out to assess the issue. I also spoke to him regarding a couple of other plumbing questions and he was very patient & answered all of my questions. He was absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend Tony & New Canadian Drain & Plumbing. A++++ I called New Canadian Drain & Plumbing because of a faulty backyard hose bib. Mark Heidari came out and diagnosed the problem. He was extremely professional & patient and explained everything very clearly. The problem was not simple and required a cut in the basement ceiling. The finished job looks really good and I would highly recommend Mark & New Canadian Drain & Plumbing. A+++

    Work was done, but disappointed with dishonesty

    We contracted New Canadian Drain & Plumbing, Ltd to add a water line for our refrigerator. The individual was courteous and friendly and knew how to approach the request. As part of this process, he needed to drill a hole in the floor in order to pull the waterline from the plumbing in the basement. The plumber measured several times prior to drilling from the basement to the upstairs, but clearly measured wrong. His hole was roughly 5 feet away from the area of the fridge and instead drilled a hole through our hardwood floor in *the middle of our dining room* even when I offered to help locate where the hole should have been drilled. The plumber came upstairs and noticed the hole (which my wife saw happen as it was drilled), but did not tell us about it (I assume in hopes that he would finish the work and we wouldn't notice). The work on the water line was good, but the hole in the middle of the floor of an area that we entertain people in. We received a discount, but at this point, the fact he tried to hide his mistake from us and now we are left with a repair we would never have thought we would have to do from a plumbing job.
