    P trap was broken

    He was a nice guy who understood our needs really quick. He came and did the work properly and swiftly. Very nice manners and humour as well. The price was great and the service was perfect.

    Plumbing hook up under sink

    Service was excellent. P-trap was faulty but they quickly came back and installed a new one, free of charge. I would use them again. Friendly dispatch service as well. Overall a good experience.

    Toilet Installation

    I was very pleased with their quick service(next day appointment) and the gentleman who did the work was very good at his job and a nice pleasant person. He cleaned up very nicely after and I would be happy to have them for any work that I needed regarding plumbing

    Replacement of Main Drain and Sewage line

    The New Canadian Drain and Plumbing LTD is one of the most professional crews we have had on site. They are knowledgeable, skilled workers. They assessed the problem, showed a video of the work required, and provided a comprehensive written quotation for the complete job. The work was completed within 24 hrs from quote to finish.     Vanity sink p trap issue

    Mark has done professional job on putting in correct p trap and make sure water running through drain He also explained why the previous work was not good and doing it correctly

    Clogged Kitchen Drain

    I called the New Canadian Drain and Plumbing Ltd regarding my issue on my kitchen drain. They sent Mark and he arrived on time. He is very polite and professional. He fixed our drain at no time. He even gave us some tip/suggestion to prevent this issue to happen again. He even cleaned the area where he work before he leave. Good Job Mark.

    Blocked Drain

    We had tree root blockage in a strange 100 year old drain outside our home. New Canadian Drain returned my call promptly and came to check out the drain quickly. They were very clear about the work that needed to be done and the cost. There was no pressure to accept their estimate. The team that did the work was quick and efficient and did an excellent job. They took the time to show me the problem, and checked the rest of my drain to make sure there were no other issues. The drain now works well.

    Replacing drain under front yard

    I contacted this company because of their amazing reviews. I cannot say enough of how pleased I am with their service. I had a different company (that has a great reputation) give me a quote on a drain pipe that was clogged with roots from a front yard tree. They told me I had to eliminate the 80 year old tree before they would even look at my issue. Living in Toronto. That’s impossible. I called New Canadian for a leaky under sink line. Mark showed up. Fixed my issue. As I spoke to him about the root issue. He said. No problem. We can put a camera in and figure out a solution. The next day a crew came in (in February) dug down 9’ and replaced the 5’ of clay pipe with roots from the tree. I cannot say enough of the professionalism and amazing work they did under extreme conditions. From Mark and his recommendations to the guys who showed up everyday.....thank you. Hard work. Professional and after the work was done. I cannot even tell they were here. If you need a plumber. This is the company. I have recommended them to several people. Thank you for everything.

    Changed shut-off valve...

    spoke to dispatch Wednesday February 24th at 8:30 at night schedule for a plumber to come in next day .not a emergency...for 12pm.. got here at 11:50 at 12:20 he was done less than half an hour pay $316.40 bad bad bad.. I do live in an older house this summer was thinking of putting new drains throughout the basement do all Plumbing throughout the whole house.. expensive job and I know I surely won't be calling these guys to do it

    Shower Control Issue - Tony is the best!

    Tony did a very good job in finding a part I needed for the shower control as its not available (believe me, I looked around myself). Found it, came and installed it very quickly and loosened the shower that was too tight. Small job but excellent work from Tony. The office people are great too in their responses and connecting me with Tony. Call them for your custom jobs too, I've worked with them in the past. Good guys!
