    Way overpriced.

    Had a sink drain that was clogged. Used a plunger for 30 minutes and charged $420. Never gave an estimate. Said it's how much other places charge but when I called local plumbers they would charge half the price. Be wary.

Upon his arrival the situation was assessed, and up front pricing of $380+hst was provided to snake 2 kitchen sinks.You agreed to this price and our technician continued to work for 1.5 hours.     mediocre all around. key items missed. much to be desired

    I spent close to 2k for a toilet installation, shower finishing, a vanity installation and a utility sink installation. all just finishing work. the technition had to return a couple of times (which is great) to fix dripping fixtures, unsecured toilets. should have been done properly the first time. also some basic finishings like flanges weren't installed. I expect more for a job that takes less than a day and costs nearly 2k. attached are pictures of sub-par finishings.. so now for the good parts-- my technician was friendly and easy to work with. the office staff are professional in their conduct and quotes are at par with the market.

    Sump Pump replacement

    George came to my house just an hour after I called. He replaced my broken sum pump and fixed the underlying problem with the discharge valve which was blocked by ice. His service was wonderful - fast, professional and efficient. I'd previously had an estimate for this work by another plumber so I knew the cost he quoted me was very reasonable. He also gave me a senior's discount. I will definitely use this company again.

    Kitchen sink leak

    Raymond wong came on time helped with on going issue very quick and tidy, i would highly recommend him for his service and knowledge , great company! Will call back for future work .

    Plumbing drain blockage

    Raymond came out with Eman to sort out our drainage problem in the basement laundry sink. He explained thoroughly what the situation could be and got on with it. The problem was solved pretty quickly and Raymond then explained how to avoid this problem in the future. He was very personable and helpful. I may see him again in the spring if I decide to go ahead with a separate plumbing job.

    Bathroom repair

    Raymond responded to an urgent call. We had spring a leak in our bathroom. He efficiently and professionally dealt with the issue. We were pleased. We would use him again.

    Excellent emergency visit

    We had a bathtub drain that was leaking through the floor into downstairs. already had somebody come over but they couldn’t figure out the problem. It was Friday early evening when I called New Canadian but they were able to send someone same day. Raymond was very professional, found the problem quickly and fixed it up. He even cleaned up afterwards. definitely would call these guys for future plumbing issues.

    Assorted plumbing jobs

    Not only Raymond did a great job on a couple of plumbing issues we had. He also gave advice that saved me a good chunk of change. (Long story, but whereas someone else might have said "you need to change this toilet" he said "try this trick first and if it doesn't help, call us". It worked great). Oh, and he is super nice.

    Drain issues

    This company never disappoint. I've used them several times for clogs, drain work, Backflow water valve. They have been professional, clear explanation of work, tidy and very courteous. Special mention must go out to Raymond Wong. He has serviced my house on several occasions. He is the epitomy of professionalism, he really cares about doing the job right and always makes clear the different options before proceeding. My wife and I also appreciated the extra care he takes in tidying up the job sight once he's done. Other technicians I have dealt with are also reliable. I would not hesitate to recommend New Canadians Drain and plumbing to family and friends, in fact I already have.

    Trap leak bathroom sink
