Sewer Drain Repair
We had a flood in our basement due to a blockage in the drain. Because of the flooding we had to act quickly and called in a well know drain company who told us the drain had collapsed and needed to be replaced. The day the repair was completed and the earth replaced they told there was another repair needed five feet away from the first and the whole drain should be replaced. We now had the time to get quotes and more information before we proceeded. Isaac from New Canadian Drain & Plumbing Co. scoped the drain and gave us all of our options, he was professional and courteous and answered all of our questions, an all-together different experience. The standard of work from Victor and Patrick was excellent, they are hard working and polite, the excavation was done with care and they replaced a lot more of the pipe than the cracked area. Issac also told us it is customary for clean outs to be installed, which the original company did not do, so he installed two at no extra cost. The cost of the work was a $1,000 cheaper than the first repair ( the prices from two other companies that quoted were also cheaper than the first company). Thank you Issac, Victor, Patrick and Anna. Install backwater valve
I hired New Canadian Drain and Plumbing to install a backwater valve. The work was needed in order for me to upgrade my flood insurance. They had to dig into my newly sodded lawn, but both Isaac and Nikola assured me the lawn would be intact and pristine. They were true to their word. Service was prompt and professional. I recommend highly, would definitely use again. Great job.

Emergency service to fix a major leak in upstairs bathroom
From the moment I contacted New Canadian they were courteous and attentive. The technician, Peter was very hard working and professional. I would not hesitate to call him again, and plan to the next time I have a plumbing need. Thank you so much Peter.

Replace kitchen faucet and kitchen sink strainer
This is my 2nd time using this company's services. This time, I had originally called to inform them of a leak underneath the kitchen sink although the kitchen faucet also leaked. The technician, Paul, was very efficient and friendly. He had a new strainer but didn't have an extra faucet and drove to another technician's nearby worksite to pick up a faucet. The original leak from underneath the kitchen sink had created a wet spot on the carpeted floor in the adjacent room and Paul provided a couple of options to dry out the spot. I would use this company's services again in the future and wouldn't hesitate to specifically request Paul's services again.

Plumbing
We have been working with New Canadian for a few years, and they have been on time for all repairs, professional and their workmanship has been flawless. It has been a great pleasure working with them. Their staff is polite, responsive and provide me with full reports on all onsite issues. A great company for all your plumbing needs.

Bathroom repair
We needed new toilet, sink plumbing repair, replacement, and bathtub caulking to get house ready for sale. Not a huge job but needed quick service and our technician Peter was able to come a few days after call. He and his assistant did a careful and excellent job. Took great care with tarps over new carpeting and left everything clean and tidy, removing all boxes etc. We're very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to use New Canadian and particularly Peter V again.

15 minute response time on emergency plumbing balcony roof drain replacement
called for emergency drain replacement on balcony flat roof floor. arrived in 15 min. needed roofers to remove membrane before repairing drain. had to coincide plumber appt with roofer work so due to weather 2 appointments cancelled each time dane said he could be there at the exact time we needed him. finally 3rd appointment good weather roofers did their work & dane again with short notice of that morning was able to be there at the exact time we needed him. replaced drain with top quality metal drain without being asked. good sign they use quality parts by nature. excellent company & plumber.

Highly Satisfied!
I have used this company twice this year. In one case for my kitchen plumbing and just this week for a toilet emergency. My first impression was one of absolute astonishment when I was told that they would come the same day. I had initially called the plumber my condo building uses and was told that they wouldn't be able to come for days- I had no water in the kitchen. In the second case, Danny arrived within an hour of my call! This is what I call service! In addition to being friendly, efficient and skilled, Danny had a great sense of humour and was very polite about the mess that was my bathroom. He suggested that I buy my own "snake" and I think I might. I thought the price was fair and overall the experience and people excellent.

Back Water Valve Installation
I found New Canadian Drain And Plumbing through my friends and I called them because I needed to install a back water valve in my house to prevent flooding. They came the next day and the work was done quick and very clean. Great service and I will use them again.

Leak in basement
We were very pleased with the work that was done to our basement. Not only was he punctual but he was very honest with the work that needed to be done. He looked for previous and existing leaks and discussed the possibilities to ensure no future leaks. He was very professional about what he was doing, he took pride in his work and made sure there was no mess left behind. There was also no damage to our yard or our neighbours yard. I highly recommend them to all of my family and friends and lastly what made our experience that much better was the price! Reasonably priced, can't beat them!! Thank you for all of your work!
