Leaks in bathrooms

First of all, your feedback is very deceptive and full of lies. Secondly, when your husband initially contacted our office regarding this matter, our office staff addressed the matter right away with appropriate protocol and connected your husband with our plumber to discuss his concerns. Your husband also came to our office that same day and once again, our office contacted our plumber for your husband to speak with. As our office has told you over and over again, our plumber did service at your site in the beginning of February 2016 and he did not remove any jacket from your property nor did he leave behind a jacket. You were adamant that our plumber look for the jacket in his vehicle but there was absolutely no need for our plumber to do so as he did not remove any articles of clothing from your property. We have made this very clear to you as well as to your husband when you contacted our office over two months after our plumber was at your site. As well, when your husband contacted our office, he called looking for an individual by the name of George as he found something with that name on it in the pocket of the men's jacket that was left in your home. Our office informed him that we do not have any staff member here by that name. Your story changed when you contacted our office later that same day saying that a women's jacket was missing from your home, which your husband did not disclose to our office when he called. Our office as well as our plumber informed you that he wore ONLY his blue company uniform jacket with our company logo on it and that he did not go to your site with a black jacket as the one you say is in your house. Our plumber who was on site is 6 ft 3 inches tall and weighs approximately 240 pounds and your teenage son was in the presence of our plumber the entire time that he did service at your home. You say the men's jacket that was left behind is a size Large which would not be able to fit our plumber as he wears size XXL. You informed our office that you contacted the Better Business Bureau and we agree with the Better Business Bureau’s decision that you take your matter up with the police as we have no affiliation with your matter and we would appreciate it if you stop implying that our Company and/or staff member would commit such action. Being that the jacket that you are accusing our plumber of stealing is so valuable to you, we find it odd that you have not contacted the police regarding this matter yet but instead, you would rather spend your time and energy in accusing our plumber of theft in which you have no proof of which makes you liable for defamation of our Company’s good name.
