    Clogged bathroom sink

    A few days ago I had a clogged bathroom sink; being that there's only one bathroom in my house I needed someone to come immediately. After calling different places I check home Star and found new Canadian drain and plumbing. They were the only ones able to come the same day. Everything went by smoothly and there was no clean up to be done afterwards. I would recommend this company because they were not only friendly but also well priced.

    Leaky sink

    I called New Canadian Drain because I had a leak from under my sink and they sent a plumber to give me the estimate, the price was good so I let him do the work. He was very polite and cleaned up after his work was finished. Thanks again I will definitely be using your services in the future.

    Assess and replace 100+-year-old clay drains throughout our basement.

    On the day before New Year's Eve, sewage backed-up in our basement. How will we ever find a plumber during the holidays??!! Panic and then I remembered New Canadian Drains and Plumbing had done work in 2011 on other drain pipes under our front yard. Within an hour Isaac M. was tackling the drains, assessing the situation and right after New Year's Day on a Saturday, a hard-working crew starting excavating our basement to remove and replace old drains with new. From a bad, unexpected drain problem, the outcome with NCD & P was good. Looks like house insurance will help cover some of our costs too. Also thanks to Anna at the office for handling paperwork promptly.

    Frozen water pipes

    During a recent cold snap, the water in my hot waters taps in part of my home froze overnight. I called New Canadian first thing in the morning and they had an employee out to my house within a few hours. Peter Vang arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and got to work on the ice in the pipes. All in all, hot water was running again within an hour. He also looked for burst pipes and leaks and luckily there were none. Peter was very courteous and professional and I'm especially grateful for his quick response as it helped to avert any bursting of pipes.

    Home drain replacement from stack & install 3/4 water line to city

    Was impressed with the company employees even when I complained that there was dirt all over the place they came and clean the whole area. Victor Huchko was an amazing digger and tunneled through areas such as under stairways/porches to complete the hookup. Dane pointed out that there was work already completed on the outside portion and reduced the invoice accordingly. Would definitely recommend them!

    2nd time around...

    While plumbing issues are NEVER fun, I know I am in good hands with New Canadian Drain and Plumbing. The first time was to help repair a botched job from a previous contractor. We were frantic and at our wits end, but the team at NCD&P was quick, professional, reassured us and did what they said they would do and at the price they quoted us. Quite the change from our previous plumbing experience with another company. When we experienced different plumbing issues this time around, we went directly to NCD&P, and again were extremely satisfied with the level of promptness, expertise, cleanliness, respect and understanding.     Alternate sewer pipe connection from Family Room Toilet to City sewer system

    Great Job. Would recommend to any one needing any Plumbing Service. Have not had any problems since the repairs done. They used a Sonar Device to locate an alternate drain to the City System.tapped in and made the new connection.

    Replacement of Kitchen Drain - Awesome

    Ozan at New Canadian Drain Plumbing was an angel and was kind a skilled when dealing with the rude new staff from my condominium building. The plumbing in my building is atleast 35 years old and falling apart and Ozan was skilled and tiny when repairing a rotting and clogged drain. The Kitchen Sink/drain is beautiful now!     Garden Hose Faucet

    Called New Canadian Drain & Plumbing based on the reviews from Homestars to fix a leaky outdoor faucet. The service representative came out the next day on time and gave me an estimate as soon as he looked at the faucet. This is an old house and I had a feeling he'd encounter some difficulties. He found the faucet was hooked up to an old pipe that broke while he was removing the old piping. He had to revise the quote but kept it down to a minimum and he didn't start working on anything until he knew I was comfortable with the price. Put in brand new piping, minimal mess and he worked for three hours straight - talk about impressive! Assam (and I apologize if this is incorrect spelling) was incredibly conscientious and showed real expertise. I will definitely call this company again for our plumbing and drain needs.

    Broken pipe

    A pipe broke underground and we had old lead pipes and shut off valve. Site Supervisor Shendon gave us a reasonable quote lower than competitors. His team of workers from New Canadian Drain and Plumbing started right away, worked diligently into the night until it was fixed. We were very pleased with their professionalism and would definitely call them again.
