    Back water valve and water service upgrade

    Title: Backwater valve and water service line installations The day I contacted New Canadian Plumbing, Isaac the site manager, was at my place within a few hours for an estimate. He explained the entire project to me clearly and took time to make sure I understood what was involved. He determined how best to restore anything that had to be torn down to get at the plumbing. Saved me a lot esp. regarding my porch! Everyone I dealt with in the company provided consistently good service and take pride in what they do. Thanks to Tracy, Anna, Meila and Adita who were spot on in helping me with my admin needs and passing on information to Isaac and always so personable. Igor, the owner,was on site at times. After watching them work together, I could see that he and his team strive for the highest standard possible. Isaac's explaining the work was important to me. I never felt pressured or rushed. Tazas and Nicola, who did most of the labour, were tireless. They were on a mission! It's very important for me to know I could rely on Isaac and his company to get things right and rely on them in the future! Thanks to Tracy, Anna, Adita, Igor, Meila, Nicola, Taras and Isaac for your fine work!

    Replacement of Leaking Valve

    I recently found a leak at the valve that goes to my dishwasher under the kitchen sink. I was able to get the leak under control and called New Canadian Plumbing to schedule an appointment for a repair that was not an emergency. My issue was logged and I was advised that someone would contact me in the morning. Bright and early I was contacted and an appointment scheduled in the evening that met my schedule needs. Vadeem (hopefully I spelled his name correctly) arrived a little early and reviewed the job. I also suggested some additional work but he was concerned the additional work might cause a new leak and suggested a different plan which I will schedule as a project next year. Nadeem replaced the leaking valve with a ball valve and ensured there were no leaks before leaving. I've worked with New Canadian Plumbing before, I am again pleased with their work on this job and looking forward to planning a project with them in 2016.

    Drainage issues / Plumbing

    New Canadian responded very promptly to our call and got to the root of the problem - no pun intended, quickly. Although it wasn't the kind of news we were looking for, the issue was resolved in a timely, professional manner. Their team was organized and Isaac was thorough and responsive. We would easily recommend them to anyone facing a blockage in their main drainage system.

    Back Water Valve Installation and Toilette Issues

    I am extremely satisfied with the job performed by Shendon Brown from New Canadian Drain & Plumbing Ltd. He assessed the issues. He is very knowledgeable and experienced because he offered me solutions that were cost efficient, compared to the other 2 quotes I received from other companies. He did the job. He was on time, he was polite, professional and cleaned up after himself. It was a pleasure working with this company and I highly recommend New Canadian Drain & Plumbing Ltd.

    Bathroom Plumbing in a Condo

    Called New Canadian for a leaky shower faucet. Danny was wonderful - he called ahead to ask some questions & was here during the scheduled time. He took a look at it & helped me determine the issue & then gave his advice. My condo building maintenance needs to fix a valve & Danny waited around to talk to the Superintendent & explain the issue. I really appreciated his time & experience. i would call again without hesitation.

    Sewer Drain

    Basement Sewer Drain overflowed. I called the city of Toronto and they helped me determine that the problem was exterior right next to my house, therefore my responsibility. My ancient sewer clean out had broken. I called New Canadian Drain and set up an appointment within the hour. We scheduled the fix the next a.m.. Work was completed the next day. They took care of everything including inspection before and after the job, organized the city inspection, paper work for the city rebate, diggers, back fill. All work completed neatly, professionally and on time. Thanks Isaac and Anna.

    blocked toilet

    Dan the plumber came in one hour, cleared the problem fast and professionally--very impressive,and well done. My only beef with the company is that charge$220 for a condo, and only190 for a home. I tried to get an explanation,and all they could say "that's the way it is" On the whole the fast service was appreciated even the cost was very high.

    Service line replacement

    A week ago I was abruptly hit with a service line leak, for the second time. After checking the local Yellow page and reviewing through home star I notice a familiar brand that have worked around my neighborhood depicting a baby. The lady Anna on the phone was polite and understanding and told me that a rep would come in the next 30-45 min. Issac actually came within that time period, and have quickly access the situation and gave a fair estimate. The next day Victor and his crew started to work on the site and display a high respect to the homeowner in keeping the site clean. The torpedo used to make the tunnel was later stuck underground due to wet soil, additional time was spent to retrieve it, at no additional cost to the owner. We were dumbfounded to found out that the last plumbers we hired took a short cut and simply connected the copper with the old lead pipe which burst. Issac also checked out other pipage due to the house being a century year old, at no additional cost. Pros: There was a leak 3 days later after the job was complete, in one of the fittings and Issac came and fixed it up explaining that water hinders the solder when soldering to stick thus leaks sometimes happens. Since NCDP gave us a unheard of 25 year warranty no additional amount was needed. The only cons about NCDP is that like most company LOYALTY among new recruits is low. When it was time to clock out one apprentice that had worked from 9am to 7.30pm decided to cut. Leaving behind Victor and the other apprentice to finish the job. However Victor kept his cool and finish cleaning up and keeping the area safe before leaving. Even in mud, blood, and sweat these men would get your job done.

    DRAINING A KITCHEN SINK BLOck

    After calling a few companies for a plumbing problem in my condo, I was relieved to learn that New Canadian Drain and Plumbing company does not charge for a diagnosis apart from the actual cost of fixing the problem. They also came within a few hours of my initial phone call. A guy named Isaac fixed the pipe in no time at all, and was quite professional. I recommend it to anyone looking for trustworthy plumbers.

    Plumbing

    I called at 9 am about a blockage someone was at my house at 10 am and had the problem fixed in under an hour with great results. The young man Shendon Brown was very proffesional and did a great job!
