    Clogged drain

    This is my second time using New Canadian, and I have been very happy with their service every time. I felt very foolish after one of my baby's washcloths went down the bathtub drain, clogging it. I called at 8:30 PM and the plumber arrived half an hour later. Isaac resolved the problem quickly and was friendly and polite. He took off his boots when he entered my home, and cleaned the tub afterwards. I would definately use New Canadian again, and would ask for Isaac.

    Replacement of all the drain pipes in the basement, backflow valve, lead intake pipe and toilet installation.

    After discovering that the waterproofing in our basement was tied into a drainage system that had NO sewer backflow valve, I was in a panic. I called a few companies for a quote and was most impressed with Malik at New Canadian. He was extremely thorough, respectful and very informed. There were a number of other plumbing issues that came to light during the installation of the backflow valve (100 year old house with original drains) so we opted to do a full replacement. The work was done efficiently, as neatly as possible and with a tremendous amount of respect for the home-owners and the neighbours. The workmen were cheerful, hardworkers and lovely people. I cannot recommend this company enough. It is over a year later and I notice a difference in the water pressure and the drains. I am so happy that I chose this company.

    Plumbing repair

    ISAAC from New Canadian Drain is a gift. After being ripped off by 2 other companies – he restored our faith that there are great guys out there that are honest, hard-working and willing to go the extra mile for their customer. We encountered Isaac after sewage backed up in our basement. Previously, we had another company come and snake out our plumbing which did nothing and we were duped with high charges. Isaac came in after and took a look at our issue and recognized right away that the plumbing connection done in our basement washroom by our contractor, first people to rip us off, was improperly done. The ongoing clogging and eventually sewer back up cannot be solved by snaking but required a complete rework of the plumbing in the basement bathroom. Isaac came in and had his guys dig up and fix what was needed with the least minimal damage to our newly renovated basement and bathroom. (It was painful to have our basement dug up but was necessary) He took the time to help us identify what was done wrong to the plumbing while educating us in the process. He also showed us what he and his company has done to fix the issue; basically a complete overhaul of the improperly installed pipes and install pipes that are properly fitted and slopes in the right direction. Basically pipes that actually work and not clog up. They also installed proper venting and proper hookup to the main drain line. He even recommend on what needs to be looked into our plumbing in the future in about 10-15 years. The kindness and care did not stop there. New Canadian Drain’s main office (ANNA) also helped us out in documenting the plumbing issues that Isaac and his team encountered when examining the work that was done by our contractor. With Anna’s assistance and Isaac’s detailed notes – we have proof of what was wrong with the plumbing installed by our “crooktractor”. We highly recommend New Canadian Drain to anyone – if only we knew of them beforehand. At least now we know who to call when plumbing emergencies come up or any plumbing work that needs to be done. You should hire them for any of your plumbing needs. They are a god-send. Superheroes to the rescue!

    leak repair

    I took a chance on New Canadian Drain and Plumbing from an advertisement and I have to say I was VERY impressed. The technician that came to my house was trustworthy, answered all my questions very concisely and charged a really reasonable price. They were very efficient and I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants reliable service.

    Installation of Backwater Valve

    2 years ago I was unfortunate to have my basement flooded due to backwater overflow from a major storm. I needed a Backwater Valve installed, and had used New Canadian Drain and Plumbing for previous plumbing work in my home and was very satisfied, so I decided to use them again. Once again I was very pleased with New Canadian, they arrived when they said they would, maintained an impeccable work area (even the City Inspector had commented it was one of the cleanest installation and job sites he had seen) They had to work through a finished part of my home, and it was almost as if they weren't there (I wish all contract work was done this way) All in all, I am pleased once again with the workmanship delivered by New Canadian and will use them for all my future plumbing needs.

    sudden, huge leaking kitchen sing

    I came home to a huge leak under the kitchen sink, with 3 kids and hours until dinner I had to get this fixed fast, the sink was usable! New Canadian told me Issac would be here in an hour, he actually was! Issac assessed the problem quickly, and told me he could fix it before I had to pick up the kids from school. My drain was fixed, Issac was polite, efficient and cleaned-up after the job. This was first time using New Canadian Drain and Plumbing, they were fantastic and are highly recommended.     Kitchen "P trap" replaced.

    I would like to say Thank you to New Canadian Drain & Plumbing. I called them a Saturday and the same day a plumber was at my door. I have called several places and New Canadian Drain was the one that I found to be reasonable pricing with a good quality of work. Najaf came in and examined the area and started working on it right away. He was extremely humble and very professional. He took off his shoes before even entering my unit - which clearly shows his respects to his customer!!! very considerate :) . I paid the amount and he left. After 5 days , I started noticing the pipe beside was wet . I called the company again - and they were very helpful and sent Najaf the same day to my unit. When he took a look at it, it was only a minor fix - the hot/cold valve was loose and he tighten it. I am very happy with the service that was provided to me by this plumbing company and I would recommended to anyone. Oh and I really love their logo of a little kid holding a tool - saying born to be a plumber! :) Thank you Najaf!!!

    Had outdoor pipe repaired in about an hour. Quick and efficient service!

    I saw this company's van on our street and it reminded me of needing my outdoor water pipe repaired. I needed to get it fixed before the cold weather, because the valve was broken and we could not shut the tap off. We had to always turn it off from inside the house. I called to see if they could come and fix it. They arrived in about an hour and I asked how soon he could do it. He said, "Today." The job was complete within a 2 hr window. Wow! Fast service!

    Bathroom sink and shutoff value replacement

    Sia came to our home on the same day I called to provide a quote on replacing our bathroom sink. His estimate was reasonable and included a recommendation to upgrade my old shutoff values (no more leaks!). He was able to do the work the same day (although it was already after 4pm). He did a tidy, efficient job in a very friendly and professional manner. I would definitely use this company again for future plumbing jobs.

    Basement Drain Service

    I have been dealing with New Canadian Drain and Plumbing for the past 10 years and have never been disappointed with their services. They know their stuff and they do a great job. I have used this company for my mother’s home as well as my home for various plumbing issues that they were able to fix right away on the spot and they always stayed within the price that I was quoted.
