    Broken frozen pipe

    A pipe broke due to the cold. I called at 1:05pm for help. By 2:25pm the problem was fixed and our water was back on. The plumber we had was knowledgeable very polite and very fast. He also helped us clean up some of the mess from the leaks. I can't thank them enough.

    Burst pipe repair

    Burst pipe in extreme cold weather necessitated an emergency repair. The repair tech showed up in under 2 hours and fixed the problem quickly. He also made some very helpful comments about how to improve our system so the problem doesn't occur again. We'll probably call them back in the summer to take on the improvements.

    Laundry room plumbing

    I called during quite a busy time for plumbers (right after the ice storm) but was giving an extremely reasonable 1 hour window for the next day. The gentleman that arrived (Lawrence) was courteous, friendly, and professional. I got the real sense that he took pride in his job and was happy to be here helping me. He did a clean and thorough job and was mindful of several abnormal requirements that I asked for. To top it all off, I happened to run into him at the hardware store the next day and he was kind enough to offer to help me pick out a few miscellaneous items I still required for the laundry room. I will use New Canadian Plumbing for any future needs. Highly recommend.

    plugged outdoor waste drain and new back flow preventer

    Have been trying to find a replacement for my plumber that retired. Tried 3 others before using New Canadian. Was very pleased with the service which was prompt, minimal mess and very good about explaining the problem. They are definitely my new plumbers.

    new drain and clean out

    Great Service and kept the work area very clean, were very knowledgeable . Were very good with followup and communication. They do not cut any corners and explained the building codes very well. Would definitely recommend their services.

    Back Water Valve

    I hired New Canadian Drain and Plumbing to install a back water valve for me. They showed up on time and went straight to work. The team worked hard from morning to evening and answered any questions that I had. They took care of obtaining a City permit and booking an inspection for me and the price was more than reasonable for the amount of work that they put in. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a reputable plumbing company that they can rely on. Great job guys.

    plugged drains

    Messages: I had to write to tell you how pleased I am with the excellent service I was given last Friday. After a call the night before I was told the next morning the repair man would come by 8 am. He did. Sheldon- what a competent friendly gentleman – diagnosed problem and called in two very competent men to do the repair. (tree roots – dig up basement floor etc.) All was finished by early afternoon. The were impeccable with their clean up! I wish to commend your company and particularly Sheldon. While he was here my phone lines went down. Unbenounced to me he contacted Bell and had them repair asap! (I was told by Bell it would be at least 24 hrs). He was such a gentleman and I wish him well. After completion and payment I noted there was a senior's discount. Contacted them and they are sending a rebate of discount.

    Toliet replacement

    I had this company replace a kitchen sink and they did a good job. But on a toilet replacement, the young fellow called me to the bathroom several times with issues, he also broke the flange and mentioned that I would need to cut from the basement ceiling to fix. The toilet started to leak after 5 months, got another plumber to fix the toilet properly.
