    sewer back up drain

    The service was very timely as our basement was in a disarray after a sewage back-up. The work was completing quickly and neatly, with great care for the integrity of our landscaping.

    SEWER

    MALIK IS THE BEST HE CAME TO MY HOUSE AND SOLVED ALL MY PLUMBING PROBLEMS. THIS COMPANY IS SO PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH, THEY ARE HONEST AND VERY HARD WORKING AND THEY KNOW THERE PLUMBING. I HAD 4 DIFFERENT COMPANYS IN AND THEY COULD NOT SOLVE MY PROBLEMS AND THEY CHARGED ME AND MY GRANDMA ALOT OF MONEY WHICH I WILL NEVER FORGIVE. BUT NEW CANADIAN DRAIN CAME IN AND WERE DONE THE JOB IN ONE DAY AND CHARGED ME A FRACTION OF WHAT THE OTHER COMPANYS TRIED TO CHARGE. I WOULD LIKE TO THANK MALIK FOR EVERYTHING HE AND HIS GUYS DID, IF YOU EVER NEED A GOOD PLUMBER CALL NEW CANADIAN DRAIN AND PLUMBING AND THEN ASK FOR THE PLUMBING DOCTOR( MALIK) THANKS AGAIN AND GOD BLESS

    Kitchen Sink Trap and Drain

    Steven has just finished his work and left, and I felt compelled to write this review given how excellent and professional his service was. I called on a Saturday morning after my kitchen sink trap gave way and had a big hole with lots of leaking on Friday evening. Steven replied promptly and offered to come and fix it immediately --on a Saturday, for an extremely reasonable price. While the final cost was a bit more than initially estimated, Steven consulted with me and actually showed me the actual damage on all the pieces he recommended that I change. Not only was Steven clean and tidy while working (he even took his shoes off before entering my condo without me asking!!!), but also, once finished, he offered to help me put things back in order. Very gentlemanly and professional service. I concur with all the other positive reviews --which influenced my choice to contact this company in the first place. In the future, if I ever need plumbing services, I definitely will call this company again, and will specifically request Steven. Good job!

    Drain Clearing

    A trusted plumbing contractor suggested I give this company a call when they were unable to service our needs this time around. New Canadian was able to provide timely, courteous service. Caveat: Potential clients should be wary of unnecessary electronic camera use (extra charge). Do not be afraid to ask questions. If the technician is professional, honest and competent, he or she will take the time to expain.

Our technician advised you to firstly do the camera inspection instead of snaking the drain as it is a requirement in the City of Toronto to contact Enbridge Gas for gas locates prior to snaking the main drain. Our recommendation was not intended to apply additional or unnecessary charges to your service, but rather to assist you in finding a long-term solution to your drain issue.     fridge water line

    I called them up to install a new water line for a new fridge. The service man was very friendly. He did a good job at hiding the line under the counter and cleaned up afterwards. It was just a small job but I would used them again for any other plumbing jobs I need to have done.

    Backflow valve installation

    Called NCD&P Ltd as my basement had flooded.After thoroughly examining the basement Igor from NCD&P determind that no backflow valve had been installed When the house was built ! Within 2days the NCD&P team had obtained the permit and completed the job. The work was clean and very professionally done. Many thanks to the team from New Canadian Drain & Plumbing for making this a very easy and stress less project For me !, Would not hesitate to recommend or use their services again.

    Industrial Building Drain Overflow

    Given all of the rain this year we were running into constant problems with our storm drains backing up and flooding our warehouse docks. Igor and his team were able to create a viable long term solution to our drainage infrastructure. We are very happy with the solution and our parking lot remains puddle free even in the heaviest rains.

    Replacing underground pipe

    We've had 2 visits. First, overflow in shower, snaked and cleared drain. No charge!!! Never heard of a plumber giving a homeowner a break. Second replace pipe, going underground. Had to take out part of lawn, everything back the way it was. Crew did a fast and clean job. Excellent service. Fair price. Will definitely use again.

    Backwater valve installation

    New Canadian came to install a toilet and convinced me to do a backwater valve instead. Little did they know what they were in for - the pipe diameter in our house was non-standard and they couldn't procure the right valve. They got the job done, but I was surprised they had never seen a non-standard pipe before and knew so little about non-standard stuff. Made me think they are not really the "master plumbers" they might purport to be. Nonetheless, a decent job and no hard feelings. I have since discovered other more experienced plumbers that I will use in the future.

    When we came out to your site to install a new back water valve, we discovered that your main drain in the basement was completely all new 6" PVC pipe which is not up to Code according to City Standards. If the work on your main drain was performed by another plumbing company or certified company, they would have never installed 6" PVC pipe; rather, they would have installed 4" PVC pipe as per City code. For this reason, we had difficulty obtaining a 6" back water valve as it is not approved by the City.

    install Back Water Valve & replace old pipe

    After a small flood in July and a dehumidifier that never stopped pumping water, I called several companies. New Canadian Drain & Plumbing were first at the door, along with a very competent representative named Ives. Ives convinced me to send a scope down to have a peek at my problems. The team arrived the next day even though it was the August long weekend. They continued the work, bearing the waiting period of the City inspector, and completed the enormous undertaking in a very professional and well administered fashion. My thanks and appreciation to Ives, Bob, and the New Canadian Drain & Plumbing company team!! esg
