Reply created 7 Sep 2019It sounds odd that you never mentionioned we damaged your electical wires before? When you called, you said the job was great, the service was amazing, it's just that you wanted 1/2 of your money back, because you know a handyman who subsequently moved out of the city.We are not handymen who work out of our home, we have legitamate business overhead to cover and can not compete with unlicensed, uninsured and irresponsible handymen. You did not give us authorization to remove your toilet to do the work properly, like we instructed you to do. You asked us to try to repair it from below, after we told you that it would not be a proper repair and that we would not guarantee it. You agreed to this with full disclosure and with your eyes wide open. We can only tell you what needs to be done to do the job right. If you do not authorize us to do the job right, we can not force you to do so. Thank you, Austin Tsakopoulos

Reply created 30 Mar 2011Dear Lisa, You told us that your sink clogs frequently and you have to call someone to clear it repeatedly. This is why we offerred you a permanent solution to your problem, to "jet the pipes". If you add up the cost of everytime you hire someone to snake it, you will see that you are not getting such a hot deal after all. I want to point out that your regular guy did not come when you needed him, did not have the jetter equipment and is happy to charge you $175 3-4 times a year. I do not consider this to be good service and I stand by our method of providing our customers with Fast Service and Relevant options to choose from. I am sorry that you prefer a band aid solution, but most of our clients prefer a more professional approach.
