    Brought Plumbing Up to Par

    I just purchased a new home and wanted to have the plumbing checked out, to avoid any surprises. I had used Priority before in my previous home so I called them again. We discovered several issues with the plumbing system that needed to be addressed, particularily the lead water intake pipe for the house. By the next day they had completed the work. they left the work site spotless as usual. Once again I am a very happy customer and will continue to use Priority but hope I don't have to.

    Installation of new sewer and water service

    We had blockages in our sewer system due to the roots from the trees penetrating the old clay pipes and had lead pipes for our water service, which our neighbours did as well. When they decided to repair theirs, we did as well and used Priority Plumbing to get the job done. Mike and his crew not only explained exactly what the problem was, but what they were doing to fix it at each step of the way. We had no surprises about the work, and the price was exactly what they quoted us. The best part is, that the cleanup was fantastic, and everything was put back in the front yard (less the plants, which I had time to remove) exactly the way it was. Mike and the team were friendly, professional and did a fantastic job! So good in fact, that they will be starting on replacing the clay pipes in our basement! They are highly recommended!

    Toilet Repair

    Prompt service, and very honest about what was needed and offered options and different price points. They come when they say they will and do not overcharge for services. The service person also cleaned up his mess.

    Water Proofing One Side Of Basement

    I called Priority Plumbing last week to get a water proofing quote for my home. Mike arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. He gave me several options to choose from, and offered information that the other two companies I called failed to mention. I actually had to call them back and ask if what Mike had proposed was accurate and if so why was I not provided with those options. Neither of them could offer any sort of explanation. I was so impressed with Mikes professionalism, that after a brief discussion with my wife, I decided to go ahead with Priority. By the end of the following week the job was completed. I have to say that I was also very impressed with their Installers as well. They were polite, considerate and were very approachable with any questions. I would recommend Mike and Priority Plumbing to anyone who wants things done professionally the first time around.

    43. Replacement of Old Style 3 hole Tub & Shower Faucets

    I called Priority Plumbing yesterday in the hopes of having my old style shower faucets replaced. I had heard that not many companies make the 3 hole style any more, and that they were very hard to find. Greg arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. He was prepared with pictures of various 3 hole faucets and showed me one that was exactly what I wanted. The faucets took a couple of days to order through their supplier, but by the end of the week I had my new faucets installed. I would recommend Greg & Priority Plumbing for going the extra mile and giving the customer exactly what they want.

    Clogged Toilet Drain

    If we ever have a plumbing need, we ask specifically for Steven at Priority Plumbing. We have had other plumbing companies in the past come for various work on our 100 year old home in an area that has many well-established trees.....and it always felt like a cash grab. Steven offers a selection of options of solutions that allows us to make the choice on what is best for us. He is personable, professional, respectful and understanding in his recommendation. The last time he was here, we actually said to him....ïts too bad we like you so much Steven, as we really don't want to see you that often!" However, if we need to....Priority Plumbing and Steven is who we will call.

    Bathtub faucet replaced

    Greg arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He offered me several solutions to my leaking faucet. Due to the age of the faucet, I decided to replace it and go with a single valve control to help control the temperature of the water better. I was very impressed by Greg and his many options. I will certainly use Priority Plumbing and Greg again in the future should I have any more plumbing issues.

    install energy efficient toilet

    Greg was on time, explained our options in detail and assisted us in making our selection. The day of the installation he arrived punctually, set up, installed and removed the old toilet in an efficient and tidy manner. He was courteous and left our home as he found it. We are extremely happy with our new toilet.

    Removal of broken garburator and repair to sink

    Garburator went on the fritz last Saturday morning after I had dumped an entire bowl of vegetable soup down it! Called Priority and spoke to a very polite, upbeat fellow who assured me a plumber would be at my door between 8 and 11 on Monday morning. At 7:45 a.m. the phone rang, it was Greg who would be there to solve my problem in 15 minutes. He looked at the problem, explained my options, told me what he was going to do and then DID IT! Quickly, efficiently, to meet my time schedule and very neatly. Was VERY pleased with the service and also the fact he's a hockey fan and player! Thanks Priority I will definitely recommend you to my neighbours! Sandra.

    New Shower Faucet and Valves

    My shower was leaking badly so I called Priority Plumbing. Their Plumber Greg was very professional. He explained various options of faucets with pictures to choose from. He also discovered 2 leaking shut off valves under the vanity and that the main shut off valve in my basement was ceased. I decided to go ahead and have all the work done while he was here. Within the day all of my plumbing issues had been resolved and he cleaned up very well. I must say that he was very careful while working in my house. I would recommend Priority Plumbing and Greg to anyone who wants their plumbing issues resolved quickly and professionally.
