    No Hot Water

I called Priority Plumbing yesterday because upon turning on the shower yesterday morning, I discovered I had no hot water. Priority came within the hour, and was very professional and polite. I ended up replacing the tank because it was too old to repair. They solved my problem quickly, professionally and the price was reasonable. Priority Did an excellent job and I would definitely use Priority Plumbing again.

    Wedding Ring Almost Gone Forever!

I called Priority Plumbing yesterday because I dropped my wedding ring down the bathroom sink. Steve arrived on time and was very professional about the whole thing. He rescued my ring within 15 minutes flat. I was very impressed. My husband and I both thank you. We will definitely call Priority Plumbing again if we need them again.

Installed a new pipe for the garden

I called Priority Plumbing this morning because I wanted to install an outdoor faucet to make watering my garden easier. Mike arrived on time and was very polite. He installed one that does not freeze in the wintertime and now I am able to water my plants without lugging watering cans to and from my house. Thanks Mike and Priority Plumbing.

    Flooded Basement

I called Priority Plumbing this morning because I had a burst pipe in my basement. There was water everywhere! Steven arrived within an hour and was very courteous and professional. He wore booties to protect my floors. He completed the job within a couple of hours and even mopped up all the water in the basement for us. I will be using Priority Plumbing again in the spring when we renovate our bathroom.

    Faucet Replacement & Vanity Install

I had a faucet that had rotted & ruined the vanity. Steve replaced it all plus a faucet in the kitchen & in less time than expected. Having a service contract with this company has saved me a lot of money for every job I have had done.

    Plumbing repairs

On Saturday, I discovered that my basement toilet was no longer draining. I called Priority Plumbing first thing Monday morning and they came before noon to assess the situation. It turned out to be a fairly major issue, with the old clay drain pipe collapsed in several places. They had all the work finished by Thursday, and left the place cleaner than it started. All the concrete is nicely finished, and they fixed a few unorthodox pieces of plumbing while they were in there.

2 plumbing repairs, outside tap and utility sink faucet

I called Priority plumbing on Thursday and the call was answered very curteously and professionally. I made an appointment for the next saturday since the repairs were not "urgent". On Saturday, the plumber called and confirmed his arrival time and showed up as expected. He was very professional, wore boot covers and looked at the 2 problems to provide me with a written estimate of the repairs with some different options to choose from. The prices are not cheap by any means but include all parts and labour. The company also offers a service place which gives a rebate on their list prices. The work was done extremely well and efficiently.

    Leaking Radiator

I called Priority Plumbing yesterday morning because I discovered a leak in my radiator. Greg arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. He explained different options to me what he had to do to repair or replace the radiator. I chose to repair it, and within a couple of hours my radiator was up and running again. I found Greg and Priority Plumbing to be very professional and helpful and would use them again the future if I have any plumbing needs.

    Responded to a letter advertisment

I received a letter in the mail last week from Priority Plumbing indicating that they would be in my area doing free home inspections this week. At first I was a little bit hesitant because I thought there would be a catch. After Jennifer reassured me over the phone, that there was no catch and it was up to me to go ahead with any work that I was quoted. Mike came by the next day and inspected the entire house; he was very knowledgeable and professional. I ended up having him install a freeze free outside hose tap for me so I don’t have to drag two hoses from the front of the house. I was impressed by their professionalism.

    Answer from pro:

Preventative maintenance is by far the smartest and cheapest way to approach your home Plumbing and Drainage system. Just like you wouldn't drive your car without checking the brakes or changing the oil, your home plumbing requires maintenance to avoid emergency calls too. How ever most people do not think of their plumbing system until there is a problem and then it is their #1 Priority. It doesn't have to be that way. I've seen thousands of dollars of damage done by a $4 Part. Thank you for choosing Priority Plumbing and congratulations for taking the intelligent approach to your plumbing system.

    Plumbing

Mike came to the house to conduct a camera inspection of my drains. He explained everything carefully, arrived on time and even brought his own 'red carpet'. If you have one of their $50 off cards, remember to give it to them up front.

    Answer from pro:

Thank you for sharing your experience with fellow Torontonians. Our "Red Carpet Service" is just one of the many things you can expect from Priority Plumbing that put us ahead of our competitors. Where other companies believe that doing a good technical job is their goal, we believe it is just the pre-requisite to work here. We pride ourselves on outstanding customer service. Thank you for choosing Priority Plumbing.
