    Plugged Drain

    I had a blocked Main Drain that flooded my basement one night, so I called Priority Plumbing. I had used them in the past for various plumbing repairs in the home. They camera'd the drain and discovered tree roots had infiltrated the drain pipe. The next morning they dug it up and replaced the section of pipe 9 feet deep. They were fast and efficient and what really impressed me was there men cleaned up the jobsite as though they were never here to begin with. I highly recommend Priority Plumbing for any Plumbing job!

    Low water pressure solved

    I called Priority Plumbing yesterday because I got fed up with the low water pressure in my home. Mike arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and professional about the situation. Mike went over all of my options with me and I chose to upgrade the water service to a larger pipe, since I had old pipes, and the city line had been upgraded recently. They were very careful, professional I now have great water pressure. I would recommend Mike and Priority Plumbing to anyone who wants things done right the first time around.

    Smell from Drain in Basement

    I called Priority Plumbing this morning because my wife and I smelt something rotten in the basement. Greg, their technician arrived on time and was very honest and professional. He was convinced that the smell was not plumbing related, and it turned out that he was right when he found a dead rat in the basement. Not only were we very happy that we would not have to spend what we thought would be hundreds of dollars on a basement repair, but we were very impressed with Greg’s honesty. I would recommend Greg and Priority Plumbing to anyone who wants to deal with an honest and professional plumbing company.

    New Kitchen Faucet

    I called Priority because my kitchen faucet was loose. Mike arrived and was very polite and professional. He wore shoe covers and took the time to explain why I needed to replace the faucet, since the bottom was corroded and broken. He gave me several options which was great. I was able to upgrad to a more modern one with a pullout spray. He installed it right away and the whole experience was great! I highly recommend Prioirty Plumbing.

    Leaking Pipe

    I called Priority Plumbing today because I noticed that one of the overhead pipes in my basement was leaking. Greg showed up on time and was very polite and knowledgeable. He managed to repair the pipe the same day, and even cleaned up after himself. I would recommend Greg and Priority Plumbing to all my friends and family.

    Basement Waterproofing

    I called Priority Plumbing last week because with all of the rain we’ve been getting in the last couple of weeks, I’ve been having water seeping in from the walls in the basement. Steven arrived within the appointed time, and was friendly and professional. He explained to me that the quickest way to remedy the situation was to water proof the side of the basement that was leaking from the outside. It only took a few days for Dave and his crew to complete the job. I was so impressed! Now when it rains, I don’t have to worry about mopping up water in the basement anymore. I will definitely be using Priority Plumbing again, and would be happy to recommend them to anyone that asked me to recommend a plumbing company to them.

    Clogged Bathtub

    I called Priority Plumbing this morning, because my bathtub started to back up when I was showering this morning. Mike arrived on time and was very understanding of my situation. He offered me several options, but he chose to snake and Bio-Clean the drain as it was an environmentally friendly way of clearing the blockage, and would prevent my bathtub from blocking up again. Overall I was very impressed with my experience with Mike and Priority Plumbing and will use them again in the future.

    Cloggged Sink

    I called Priority Plumbing today, because my kitchen drain got clogged. It turns out that my husband was putting corn husks down the garbeurator. Greg arrived on time and was very professional about the whole thing. I would recommend Priority Plumbing and Greg to whoever needs a plumber.

    Leaking Pipe

    I called Priority Plumbing to fix my leaking kitchen drain pipe. I was Not put on hold, their dispatcher Jennifer was super pleasant and helpful, their plumber Steven called to let me know that he was on the way and was very professional and pleasant on the phone. They did not park in my driveway, he did not smoke or stink like cigarettes for that matter, He was very polite, courteous, wore shoe covers explained everything in great detail and cleaned up afterwards. The rest of you companies have a lot of catching up to do and can learn about how to run a business from Priority Plumbing. Excellent Service!

    FIxing leak and water valves in kitchen and tub
