    Leaking Kitchen Drain

    I had a leak in my old kitchen drain pipe in the basement so I called Priority. Mike came out a few hours later and assessed the situation. He offered to repair or replace it and gave me all of my options and pricing upfront. I felt in control the entire time and was able to make the decision that suited me which was to replace the entire pipe, since it was old and would probably need repairing again. I also decided to replace the kitchen tap while he was here, as it was old and stiff. He was able to do the work right away and had all of the parts and tools with him in the truck. I am satisfied with the work and the price for the service provided. Mike was very polite and careful while working in my home. I would recommend them and use them again in the future.

    Dug out floor drain in basement to replace clogged trap, replace pipe & drain etc.

    Greg helped me understand my options and the scope of work that needed to be done. I probably have another big job ahead of me and will likely use them again once I decide which option to proceed with.

    Referred by my niegbor

    I called Priority Plumbing this morning on the recommendation of a neighbor to unclog my kitchen sink. Mike arrived a few hours later and within an hour had courteously and professionally fixed the problem. He also gave me some organic drain cleaner to keep me trouble free throughout the year. I’m very happy with the service that Mike and Priority Plumbing provided and will use them again in the future should I run into anymore plumbing issues.

    Clogged and Leaking Pipes

    I am a realtor in Southern Ontario and have been referring Priority to clients of mine for the past several years. I had met Greg, one of their plumbers while going through a home I was getting ready to put on the market. After noticing the professional attitude, quality craftsmanship and great care of the home that was taken, I took several business cards from him. Being a realtor, you have to have reliable contacts for all trades. I recently needed a job done at my place. Turns out the renovators did not pipe the kitchen drain properly which caused it to clog and to make things worse, they did not glue a fitting which caused it to leak with the build up of pressure. Priority was great once again. They had to cut a hole in the ceiling below to access the leak but when they were done the place was so clean that had I not known, I would not have been able to tell they were even there. I highly recommend Priority Priority and will continue to refer them to clients in the future.

    Kitchen/Bath renovation

    I'm a DIY guy who does know his limits. For several years, I've been using Priority Plumbing for those "I can't do this" jobs. Most recently, I had some complex hot & cold water lines to replace, along with a new floor drain in the basement suite in my home. Priority Plumbing was there when I needed them, treated my home with great respect, got the jobs done professionally (I was watching!) and in an amazingly short time. I've learned to sleep well after their service, because return calls have never been needed.

    Burst Pipe

    I called Priority Plumbing yesterday because one of my basement pipes burst overnight and I woke up to a minor flood. Steven arrived within the hour, and was very knowledgeable and professional. He had the pipe repaired within a few hours and even mopped up all the water from our basement floor. I was very impressed with both Steven and Priority Plumbing and will be using their services in the future if required.

    Install a new vanity and two new sinks

    I called Priority Plumbing to install a new vanity with his and hers sinks, so that I could finally have my own space in the bathroom. They had to cut open the wall to re-pipe the drain and waterlines to accommodate the extra sink. Once we repaired the wall, they came back and installed my new vanity. They were very flexible with their scheduling and were very careful while working in the house putting down drop sheets and cleaning up thoroughly. I did get another quote but opted to go with Priority because of the professionalism of their technician Mike. He really paid attention to detail and was very polite and patient throughout the entire process. Even when I called in to make the appointment, Jennifer was very helpful and polite. Overall I am very pleased with the job and my new sinks. Priority did an excellent job.

    Burst Water Pipe to Outside Garden Hose

    I called Priority Plumbing yesterday because I discovered that my outdoor faucet had burst. Greg arrived on time and was very polite and professional. He explained to me that I could replace my current outdoor faucet with a frost free one, so I wouldn’t have to worry about bursting in cold weather. I agreed to install the frost free faucet, and Greg installed it the same day. He also discovered a leak under the bathroom sink that I had never noticed and I had him fix that too. I would recommend using Priority Plumbing to anyone who is looking for a courteous and professional plumbing company.

    Replace Bathroom Fixtures

    I called Priority Plumbing for a renovation quote to replace my bathroom fixtures. Steven arrived on time and was very polite and helpful with ideas and suggestions of what could be done with the bathroom. I decided on a new water efficient toilet, sink with vanity and a new bathtub. Steven was able to start the same day, and the job was completed by the end of the week, as a couple of items had to be special ordered through the supplier. I’m very happy with my new fixtures and would recommend using Steven and Priority Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing services.

    Hook up my Dishwasher

    I called Priority Plumbing yesterday to have them hook up my new dishwasher. Steve arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. Within a couple of hours he had my new dishwasher up and running. I would recommend Steven and Priority Plumbing to my family and friends for all their plumbing needs.
