    Small water leak in foundation.

    I had a small water leak in my foundation. Mauro responded quickly to my concern. He accessed the problem in a courteous and professional manner. The work was done quickly. Afterword, there were a few minor patches required and they were also addressed promptly.

    Basement waterproofing

    Excellent company. The salesman Mauro was responsive and supportive, all questions were answered quickly and in great detail. Job was done by crew led by Jeff. They did excellent job in one day. After the job was done they cleaned the site to original condition, but most important the leak is fixed! Thank you RCC!

    Internal Water Proofing System

    My experience working with RCC to install an internal water proofing system in my crawlspace has been very positive . Mauro , one of RCC's water Consultants was great to work with. Right from the beginning he arrived at the time scheduled and provided quotes later that day. Subsequent questions were also always answered the same day. The work to be done was scheduled quickly and exactly when I wanted it completed. The crew lead by Darwin completing the work were courteous, clean and very efficient . The entire job was completed in one day. RCC 's prices were competitive compared to other companies contacted to do this work.

    Leaky Basement

    From the start we had a sense of comfort with our sales guy Mauro, he answered all our questions and walked us through various scenarios and all the pros and cons of both. This made it very easy to trust in his team. Then for install day we had Adrian, who was phenomenal. Him and the team took so much care with our yard in the area around the excavation site. They even saw an additional crack from the exterior made me aware of it a took care of it no questions asked. Leaky basement there is no one else we would call.

    Wet basement - water leaks from wall cracks

    I had a recurring problem of wet basement that was done by another contractor about 10 years ago. There's no response from that contractor even I'm able to reach him by phone and text. Referred by my neighbor, he used RCC to fix his wet basement problem around 10 years ago and he's satisfied with their work done. So I call RCC and Mauro called me shortly and scheduled his visit to inspect my home's problem. Mauro sent me quote quickly, the price is reasonable and I decided to go ahead with RCC. Anthony called 1 week later and came with his co-workers to do the work; they completed within same day in a professional way as explained in their brochure. In addition, Anthony gave a detail inspection around my house and suggested additional works (Mauro's also suggested but I haven't made up my decision yet) needed to be done to avoid possible future water leaks from other wall cracks. After seeing their work, I agreed to go ahead and Anthony came again next morning, they completed the whole job on the same day. They cleaned the construction area without affecting my neighbor. I'm happy with their work done. I hope their waterproof works can last long as advertised; in addition, they are offering life-time guarantee on work done.

    Leaky Basement Fixed

    Our first contact was Mauro. He was on-time, professional and honest and followed through on every aspect of the job from quote to finish. Andy and the crew were also great to work with, very professional and punctual, actually arriving early. I would recommend RCC to anyone.

    Basement leak

    Had a really good experience with RCC, when I reached out for a quote Mauro got back to me within a day and came to see me early the next day. He had a look in my basement, and quickly knew what had to be done, gave me a price on the spot and later that night emailed me the quote. Adrian and his crew also came early for the job, our neighbours had some hockey nets on the side where the work was to be done, they had no issue moving those, Adrian and his crew were very friendly, got the job done within 4 hours and cleaned up everything perfectly. Really good pricing considering the work that had to be done. Greatly appreciate Mauro and Adrian + crew.
