Leak in basement
Right from the initial call for help with my leaking basement to the completion of the job RCC were very professional and easy to work with. My Sales person Den promptly came to see the work needed. He performed a through inspection of the basement walls inside the house and exterior, and provided me with a written quote. Because of the time of year March Den and I agreed to keep in touch as to when the work could commence. On the agreed date and time Choys and his crew arrived on time and were ready to go to work. They did a fast and efficient job which I appreciated because dirt had to be piled on my neighbors drive way. They had that wall done in one day (hand dug) and with their cleanup my neighbor was extremely happy. The front of the house was completed on day two. Over all a very professional job done by the people from RCC Waterproofing... Thank you very much.

Fix leak in foundation wall to the basement
The work completed on our home was done meticulously, and quickly. The guys even worked in -20 C weather ! We appreciate all the help from the crew-Omar and Mauro ! Great work !

Very professional company
RCC Waterproofing is a great company to deal with !! Mauro, Roger and the entire crew were very courteous and professional. The quality of the work performed is excellent. They explained everything they were doing and always went above and beyond to keep our house clean. RCC was very quick to respond to our needs and were always an absolute pleasure to deal with. waterproofing and basement demolition
I first experienced water leaking into my basement in the Spring of 2021. We hired RCC to perform waterproofing of our home after our plumbing and foundation was inspected with no leaks or cracks found. At the time, Ramy Morcos from RCC (a Consultant at the company as per their website) was assigned to our case. Given the significant amount of water coming into our home, we asked that he refer a contractor to help with drying and demolition to avoid mould formation, to which he said he had contacts for this. Despite numerous phone calls emails, voicemails, etc, he failed to provide a crew for this. Ultimately after months of trying to contact him, I sought out a third party who assessed the damage and deemed that mould had formed throughout the entire basement, and that the entire basement would need to be demolished and treated for mould. We then had our basement repaired. This entire ordeal cost us in excess of $15,000. Fast forward, even after the waterproofing has been done, we have continued to have water coming into the home. Ramy and his team at RCC initially responded, but have ignored our phone calls and have gone so far as to say that the wet materials (laminate, drywall, baseboards) don't need to be removed. Again I had a third party contractor come in who removed the laminate and found rotting laminate and mould (smells extremely foul), which again needs to be treated before this area of our home can be habitable again. Ramy and RCC do not care about their customers. It is within their wheelhouse to deal with interior damage related to water (they recently acquired a company, Rainbow Restoration), and they have decided to not take on any responsibility. They are comfortable with homeowners conferring public health risks by way of mould exposure if it means that they don't need to get involved. I am extremely concerned about how they conduct their business and urge you to stay away from RCC.

Basement water seepage.
Awesome and spectacular work. Den and Omars crew, came to my rescue, when a foundation issue was detected. They rectified this issue, and gave me back a peace of mind. They are Very efficient and fast crew.

Basement water leak
Den came in and checked water leaking into basement. He gave me an estimate and a few days later Choys crew came in and did a great job fixing the problem.

Waterproofing my basement and New Sump Pump
I had a crack in the foundation of my home and needed a new sump pump Den and Anthonys crew will super professional, quick and very knowledgeable. Even sounded like they were having a great time laughing and joking around even though it was freezing out! Would definitely recommend them and use them for any future jobs I may have

RCC Waterproofing
My first experience with RCC Waterproofing was back in 2011. They fixed a slow leak which appeared in the crawl space of my home. It was a job done to my satisfaction. I then used their services again in 2012 when there was a leak in another area of my basement. It was another job well done and to my satisfaction. More recently (February 2023), I noticed a faint crack appearing in another area of my basement and decided to take pre-emptive steps to stop a potential leak and of course, I called RCC once again. A young gentleman by the name of Den came over and examined the area to be treated. Later in the day, he phoned me and gave me an appointment for the very next day being best suited weather-wise. True to the ETA of between 8 and 9 am, his crew led by a gentleman named Choys arrived at 8:10 am, started the job and were done in about a couple of hours. Another great and satisfactory job. The previous two leak fixes which were done on the outside basement foundation walls, as was this third one, have held up very well and I am confident this one will too.

Entire home exterior waterproofing and interior foundation re-enforcement
I had a great experience with RCC, from start to finish. They came recommended by a friend and did not disappoint. Dealing with a leaky basement is not something I wanted to deal with, but nevertheless I got 5 companies to come in and quote the job, glad I chose RCC. Den was a pleasure to deal with and was hands on from the quoting process, to the final walkthrough, he made sure all my needs and specific requests were dealt with by the crew working the job. Roger and his crew were here everyday for a week straight and always gave us a nice hello with smiles on their faces while working (They also have great taste in music! :) ) They really went above and beyond, fixing extra little issues here and there that they found. I can't thank them enough, VERY happy with the work. Chris came by and installed the interior foundation Rhino strips and did a great job. I was interested in how it all worked, and he was kind enough to explain it all to me, while doing his work. Very cool stuff. Everyone left the job clean and I appreciated how they treated my home like it was their own. There are a TON of waterproofing companies out there, take my word for it, go with RCC, you won't be disappointed!
