    Exterior waterproofing

    Jeff provided a great solution and explained how the repair and process will go. The crew was great to deal with and they were thorough and hardworking. Jeff professional service is second to none. On the day of the repairs, Jeff shows up with donuts for the crew members and explains the work and time it would take to complete it. The crew cleaned up afterwards. The overall experience was amazing! We already recommended RCC to several people.

    RCC Waterproofing

    RCC sucessfully & professionally completed an interior membrane & sump to eliminate basement water complete with a freezegard. Justin and Omar are great ambassadors for RCC.

    Relieved

    We hired RCC to waterproof our home, and so happy we decided to go with them. Everyone was professional and courteous. Roda was very nice on the phone, Joe was extremely helpful and informative and AGP with his crew were AMAZING! The crew was punctual, cautious and respectful of our home . It was a relief to have this crew work on our home. Thank you RCC for all your hard work!!

    Exterior Waterproofing

    Joe, Ryan, and the entire RCC team were a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable, time efficient, and cost effective. Left the site in perfect condition when finished and did a perfect job. Will be working with them again in the future.

    Repair to foundation outside wall

    RCC was great to work with from the get go. Mauro was informative, took time to listen, explain the nature of the work and calm my anxiety. Always pleasant, made himself available to answer questions and follow up. Jeff and crew worked very hard, were polite, communicated well and left the site in good order.

    Foundation crack repairs

    I wish to thank RCC for there quick response, knowledge and professionalism with regards to booking an appointment, determining the problem, providing a solution and quote and completing the job. Kiddy and Mauro were outstanding to work with. Ryan also paid us a visit to ensure that the caulking was completed properly post job completion. I highly recommend RCC! Thank you RCC.

    Project

    Mauro was thorough, professional, knowledgeable and listened to all my concerns to help me reach a decision of what needed to be done to repair the foundation leak. Roger and his team were amazing and completed the work to my satisfaction. Very friendly and courteous and answered all my questions. They made sure the work was completed to my satisfaction. Great work everyone! I will definitely recommend RCC to my friends and family.

    No more leaky foundation

    My foundation was leaky in several places and this company was amazing from stat to finish. Fast, efficient, very on the ball. Would return to everyone everywhere! Thanks a million from Whitby

    Basement Waterproofing

    I had contracted RCC Waterproofing for sealing the crack on my basement wall. Mauro who first visited to have a look and draw up the contract was courteous and explained clearly the work to be done. When I explained him that I need to get the job done at the earliest, he promised that he would put in the request with his head office. I had to follow up later, but Mauro was responsive and acted quickly. He explained that digging of the ground on the outside if done without the utility (gas, hydro) marked, then the company and myself could face a hefty fine. Finally, within a few weeks of placing the order, the utility gas line marking company came to mark the lines, and the next day RCC sent their people do the work. Jeff who came to do the job along with another person was friendly and professional. They did a good job as per the specifications that Mauro had explained. I am not expecting another leakage through the repaired wall. With lifetime warranty, if the water leaks from there, I can always go back to RCC. Thank you Mauro, Jeff and RCC Waterproofing.
