    Foundation waterproofing and repair

    I recently had my foundation waterproofed and repaired by RCC Waterproofing. From beginning to end it was service and quality second to none. RCC sent out their sales representative Justin to go over the scope of work. Justin did a fantastic job giving me a detailed step by step outline of everything that was to be done. Justin also was able to generate a quote which ended up being the best out of all the competition. RCC was very accommodating with when the job was to be done. Roger and his crew was very polite, tidy, and professional. They kept me well informed with everything that was happening. All in all I'd like to thank everyone at RCC Waterproofing for doing a fantastic job from start to finish.

    Recent waterproofing job

    Excellent experience dealing with both surveyor (Mauro) and the team that did the waterproofing job recently. Did a great job prepping for the work (ground cover for the excavated dirt) and left the worksite in great condition afterwards. And, the repair work improved on the previous waterproofing work (fixed a crack they found, better seal, etc.) and I felt pretty confident in the quality of their work. 10/10 experience.

    Waterproofing

    We had a water problem in one of our meeting rooms. Jeffery from RCC came and took a look at the problem, and he realized that it was a plumbing leak from the ceiling running down the wall, not water coming in through the joint of the floor and wall. Since we fixed the problem, we haven't had any water coming into the room. We appreciate Jeffery helping us find a solution.

    Basement Leaks

    We had multiple leaks in our unfinished basement - one main one and a couple of small ones. We had no idea how to address it, but seeing that we are planning to finish our basement it is required. I was given a recommendation to RCC so went ahead and gave them a call. They were very responsive and Mauro came over to assess, explain the difference services needed based on crack location, and get the quote in. Online option for deposit and final payment was very convenient. On the day Paul from the crew was great to explain everything that was happening and ensure we were satisfied. The winter will be the true test, but we were very happy with your experience with RCC and would highly recommend them.

    Basement water proofing

    Mauro came on several occasions and determined the problem also suggested the solution. He was very knowledgeable and gave me hints to mitigate the problems until the team came to fix it. Chris and his team were very professional and did a great job fixing the problem while ensuring that the house was clean. Everything is now working and in good order. I dealt with Rita at the customer service who was very curious and helpful in scheduling the work and following up when I had any questions, also during the payment process.

    Water proofing basement foundation

    We had a major water leak in our basement and we were so happy to have Den and the Roger's crew here to perform the water proofing around our hole house. The crew worked in some cold weather but did not disappoint us. The Roger's crew did a fantastic job and left the work area clean and tidy. We were so happy with the crew and workmanship that I gave them a bottle of wine. You need to get these guys their awesome Thanks again Den and the Roger's Crew

    Basement waterproofing

    I had water coming into the basement of the house I contacted RCC waterproofing to come they did an awsome job from start to finish Den and Noels crew were very reliable and efficient , when they were done cleaned up .

    Basement interior drainage system

    We were very happy with our RCC experience. From Justin helping us plan to Jesse and Joey's hard work and attention to detail to Melody in the office communicating important information, the staff were great to deal with. And since installation in December 2021, not a single drop of water in our basement! Worth every dollar spent and will definitely recommend RCC to family and friends needing to have this type of work done.

    Foundation Waterproofing

    When my basement flooded in February 2022, I knew I had to call a specialist to come in and repair my foundation. I knew about RCC, because my mom had her foundation repaired by RCC over a decade ago. Den was my main contact person from RCC. He was professional and prompt in his responses and always updated me on the progress of the work. I never had to worry about Den and his crew, led by Noel. The work was completed in the length of time we were told and we were very impressed with the outcome of the job. I would recommend RCC to anyone who is looking to repair their foundation. The left the site clean and in proper order. No complaints whatsoever.
