We are very impressed with the quality, speed and level of professionalism that we have received from RCC. Den was extremely helpful and supportive in navigating all the preliminary steps. Then when the work crew arrived (Troy, Michael, Jerome and Maxwell), there was no time wasted at all. That team worked extremely hard and they were mindful of the noise, damage or dirt on our property. Our neighbours could not believe that a crew of 4 men were digging in the backyard. In one day and a half, not only was the digging completed, but the work was performed and inspected by the town and the backfilling was all done. Thirty minutes after the crew left our property, nobody would know that such a big job was completed as our yard and our home (inside and outside) was left clean and tidy! Considering the amount of clay that we have here, this was simply remarkable. These 5 gentlemen are to be praised and thanked and they sure could give lessons on excellent customer care for many other contractors that have come to this house in the past. Congratulations, RCC!
