When something unfortunate does happen on a move we feel that it is important that it is followed up on. Our claims process does ask that a few questions be asked about the nature of the item and the nature of the damage. Typically, we do ask that a photo be provided if at all possible. It has been several months since your move happened and we do hope that this is resolved without any further issues!
