I cannot express how AMAZING the service was. Our coordinator Erika was amazing, courteous and super fast with her replies. Movers Aslan, Alan and Dan were phenomenal, super fast and very professional. They took great care of our belongings, I would use them again and recommend to anyone who needs movers! They quoted us for 7.5 hours but did the job in 6. They were so FAST! When we got to the new home they even put all the boxes where they belong and set up our furniture with no fuss!

I needed to urgently have my stuff moved into storage and then into my new apartment, and Rent-A-Son did a fantastic job. Hussein, my moving coordinator, was extremely helpful and made sure to answer all my questions and concerns. He also honored both the quotes he gave me (one for moving out and into storage, and one for moving in). Moving out was pretty easy as was moving in, and the guys who they sent were very polite and helpful. In both cases they arrived roughly on time. My stuff was a little muddy when getting it back from storage and there was a small crack on my computer chair, but nothing a little cleaning couldn't take care of (small cracks will happen no matter which mover you use, but it's not that big a deal as long as it's only 1 item). Rent-A-Son did a great job and I would not hesitate to use them again if I needed to move within Canada.

Fantastic service. We were a bit leery about hiring movers after a very disappointing experience with another moving company. However Jeff & Andre changed our opinion about what a moving experience could be. They were both polite, efficient & very careful with our possessions. I would highly recommend "Rent A Son movers" & will book them again.

Had a multi stop move -from retirement home to storage to a long term care home. Rent a Son was fast, efficient and on budget. They took remarkable care protecting and moving the furniture and were sensitive and polite when dealing with the residents in both places. I recommend them highly

A big thank you to Aslan, Alan and Dan, three of the nicest movers with the greatest attitude anyone could ask for. They had a positive attitude throughout the day, we very careful to wrap all items and worked with a smile. Special thanks to Erika for quarter-backing the entire process from quote through completion. All in all, a professional and well executed move which couldn't have gone better. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rent-A-Son to anyone planning a future move. These guys are pros.

Needed a small move done on realtively short notice. Rent-a-Son did a great job. They were quick to respond with their quote and were able to accomodate my needs. Their two man crew showed up on time and were fast and efficient in getting the items on to the truck and equally as fast in unloading. They were very careful to ensure that no damage was caused on either side of the move. The crew were pleasant and professional at all times. There was no attempt to slow down the process in order to extra bill. (a problem with some OTHER companies). Overall, an excellent experience completed in 3 hours. I would definately use them again and would recommend to my friends as well.

I went with Rent-a-Son based on the positive word of mouth found on various websites. I was definitely satisfied with the service; the movers were efficient, courteous, and careful. I had never hired movers before, so I was a bit concerned about any potential mishandling of my belongings. Fortunately, the movers ensured that everything was safely carried and transported (in the case of certain items, extra care was lavished via protective coverings -- my television, for instance, was carefully packaged). Setting up the move was pleasant, as well (I spoke to Erika on the phone, who clarified the process and was a great source of help; she patiently answered many of my questions and kept in contact over several days as I sorted out various details on my end). Suffice to say, I was very impressed with the efficacy and the quality of the service.

I used Rent A Son for a move I did recently and it was the best decision I made. Moving is generally a very stressful day but the crew at Rent A Son made it a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The crew was on time, friendly and exceptionally hard working. The move went faster than was quoted and that is all due to the amazing crew. I have moved in the past and used other companies and it was a nightmare. Now I wouldn't even consider using anyone else. Anyone who is looking for a stress free move at a good price should call Rent A Son.

I found Rent A Son on HomeStars and contacted them based on the many positive reviews. My initial interactions with them over the phone were very professional as they were prompt and sent a gentleman to our home to review the scope of our move. We agreed to a crew of 5 movers with 2 trucks. On moving day the first group of 3 movers arrived approximately 30 minutes late, the second truck was approximately 45 minutes late (I was told that would be addressed on my invoice, but it wasn't). The crew were friendly and worked hard while they were on hand. The 3 man crew arrived at our new address promptly however the 2nd truck was more than an hour behind. Bottom line, we paid for a 5 man crew but really only had a 3 man crew for much of the day and Rent A Son did little to address any of our concerns. Some good, some bad from this experience but the bad sticks with me more than the good.
