    Raging range

    My elderly mother's range element exploded. I emailed Joe late on a Sunday night explaining the situation. The next day I not only had a response, but Joe was available to assist promptly. He immediately made my mother feel comfortable and he addressed the issue with no waste of time. We would highly recommend Joe - reliable range repair!

    Maytag dryer problem? no problem for Joe.

    Joe is the best, he arrived at my house at 10:30am with the parts and had my dryer running perfectly an hour later. You won’t find a better appliance service guy anywhere, I am a repeat customer and will definitely call him again when needed.

    Repair of antique Moffat stove

    Another great repair service by Joseph. He replaced the bottom oven element with an original element that he had in his truck. He has years of experience, knowledge and is committed to providing excellent, personable service at a reasonable cost. On Monday he brought a ray of sunshine into our house. I would not use any other repair service. Keep up the great work Joseph.

    Dryer Repair

    I would not hesitate to recommend Joe. He is prompt to respond and asks many questions over the phone so that he already has a diagnosis in mind and brings all the parts with him. It's great not having to wait for parts and having service guys coming in and out. With Joe, you can trust that he will make the diagnosis, replace the parts and get your appliance working again in no time.

    Fast, honest, and friendly service

    Our 11 year old fridge suddenly stopped cooling on a Sunday and with a freezer full of food we were looking a a huge waste of money. We called Joe The Appliance Guy and although it went to voicemail, we left a message as instructed and heard back from one of his trusted contractors within an hour. Danny was able to help us the next afternoon, and because he had asked us for the make and model of fridge, he showed up with all the right parts. Danny was able to identify and repair the problem in half an hour, as well as clearly explain the cause (non-authorized repair by the previous home owners), showed us the burnt out part as he removed it and took a brand new one out of the package in front of us. He did some quick research to verify that it would solve the issue before installing and charging us for it. Once it was installed, he told us what to look out for to make sure it’s functioning properly and even followed up with a phone call the next day to mark sure everything was okay. Truly happy to have had Danny out to help us as a rep for Joe the Appliance Guy. I guess this is what it used to be like for generations past, who’s service people took pride in their work and building relationships with their customers.

    Sub Zero Fridge Repair

    Our fridge stopped cooling Saturday night. On Sunday morning I called 7 HomeStars Fridge repair places (all 95% rating or higher.) Joe was the ONLY one to phone me back on Sunday. We trouble shot it all day, but by Monday it was clear it needed to be fixed professionally. The work was done quickly and professionally and the fridge immediately started cooling again. I will be using Joe for all my appliance needs in the future.

    I use Joe The Appliance Guy for my rental properties and my own home, every time i thank him for his EXCELLENT service.Having a repair man that one can trust gives a welcome sense of security in today's world.     Great service

    Joe was very knowledgeable and friendly. He immediately identified the problem and fixed it. The upper section was not cleaning properly and he found the problem and replaced the crusher and cleaned the rotator which had accumulated debris. He also made great suggestions and we highly recommend him. Thank you Joe!

    Satisfied Customer

    Our fridge had not been working properly for some time and with company coming we needed something done immediately. We found Joe on Homestars and he came to the house within two hours of first contact on a Friday before a long weekend. What service! Not only was Joe professional and efficient, he identified the problem immediately, and moreover, had the part on hand to fix the issue. We would highly recommend Joe for any appliance job. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, quick and reasonably priced. Thanks a million Joe!

    Dishwasher repair. Fantastic service!

    I've used Joe before when I've had issues with my washing machine and fridge. I've always been impressed with his service. He'll ask about the make and model and the issue, and with that he'll have the parts on hand for most of the common issues before he comes. I emailed him last night - my dishwasher was fixed by noon! He's a super nice guy, but he's also a real pro.
