    Washing Machine Repair

    I have used Joe on a number of occasions to fix my washing machine and my dishwasher. Every interaction has been incredible...he's fast, courteous and know's exactly what to do every time! I would highly recommend Joe for any appliance repair you might have.

    Repair of 18 year old washing machine

    Found Joe on Homestars. Left him a message and he immediately called back to discuss the issue (leaking discharge hose from washer and intermittant stopping of cycle due to missing pin in lid) and he booked a time to come out the next day. Impressed by his promptness. Quickly fixed the parts and also repaired the loose lid at no charge as he wanted to make sure he left the machine in good repair. Personable guy, came prepared with the parts he needed and quick service.

    Electric Dryer

    Joe is fast, fair and reliable. Fixed our dryer quickly and reassured me the dryer was a good one and worth fixing. Even provided a tip on how to care for my refrigerator and prevent a potential costly expense. Thanks Joe!!!

    Joe to the rescue for the 3rd time. Washing machine, dryer and dishwasher.

    Joe came to my rescue yet again. He first fixed my dryer 6 years ago. Next up was my dishwasher 3 yrs ago and then today - my washing machine. He's responsive and fast. He has parts with him so that saves an extra trip/visit day away from work for me. I'm a happy customer of his and gladly recommend. Totally worth the cost to keep these machines running.

    Fantastic customer service as usual - Diagnosed washing machine issue

    I was using my 25+ year old washing machine when I got the dreaded "LR" code. I first tried to diagnose it myself but a simple Google search told me that the problem could span a number of different issues. I quickly gave Joe a call (as he had fixed our 25+ year old dryer about 3 years ago) and made arrangements for him to swing by the next day. Joe was courteous and thorough as usual - taking a very systematic approach in diagnosing the root cause of the problem. In the end, the issue was most likely due to a blockage in the drain pipe as everything cleared up when Joe ran the initial drain cycle. Joe's attention to detail and expert knowledge in the field is second to none. I would not hesitate to contact him again should I run into any issues with my appliances. Great work Joe.

    Fridge Repair

    We called Joe to help us with an issue with our Kitchen Aid fridge. The part needed was no longer being manufactured. He worked throughout the day trying various ways to help us. In the end, he was successful! We are so grateful to him for repairing our fridge. He has also provided service for other appliances in our house and he has always been able to repair everything. He returns phone calls and arrives when he says he is going to come. I would highly recommend Joe the Appliance Guy!

    Outstanding Customer Focused and Outstanding Work

    As I have used Joe in the past to fix my dryer I called him to fix my washer. As my laundry appliances are 26 years old, I was skeptical of repairing and if it was fine time to buy new...but I thought why risk the possible damage to my house of moving large appliances in and out, let's see if it can be fixed the problem at a reasonable price and worst case, it would cost me a service call. So I emailed Joe, who responded right away. Called me within hours of providing him with the information (i.e. make and model) he requested via email and came by within the day as he was in the hood and had the parts. As in the past, he fixed the problem and let me know if there were other items that concerned him. As he was here, I got him to fix everything. Joe is extremely knowledgeable on all appliance, he is very personable and very cognizant of costs. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone as he is great. Highly recommended

    Replace Burner to GE flat top stove

    Our burner stopped working on Monday night ,so yesterday I reached out to Joseph who answered his mobile number.We discussed the issue and he quoted a price and arranged to do the service on July17/19.He showed up on schedule and did the work quickly and for the price quoted.He even did some minor extra work and he was nice enough Not to charge any extra! Rare to find!

    Washing machine repair

    We’ve used Joe numerous times over the years to fix many different appliances in our home. He’s knowledgeable, honest and always gets the job done. Today he fixed our front loading washing machine as it wasn’t draining properly and giving us error codes. I emailed Joe last night and he got back to me first thing in the morning and was at my place by 10:30am. Thanks again Joe!

    Gas Stove Ignitor Replaced

    We have used Joe for many years to fix our appliances. He responds quickly, shows up on time, works quickly, fixes the problem, and tides up every time. As an extra bonus, he always provides useful information about maintaining ur appliances as well. In this case, he replaced the ignitor on a nineteen year old gas oven. Based on past experience, I was confident that Joe would tell us if the repair was unwarranted (i.e. not worth it on an older appliance). He fixed it with 20 minutes and assured us that we could expect many more years of use from the oven (hopefully). I highly recommend Joe for any appliance repairs in your home.
