    Inglis Dryer Repair

    My dryer stopped working very suddenly and it seemed that a repair might be a better idea than a replacement. I emailed Joe and he called me back the same day and agreed it was worthwhile to check it out and hopefully fix it. He came over a few hours later and fixed the machine very quickly (as he had the necessary part with him) and then proceeded to clean the outside lint filter as I don't think this had been done in years. The repair cost was far less expensive than buying a new dryer and he was a pleasure to deal with. He was very professional and thorough, and most importantly he called back and did the repair the same day. I had left 2 messages with other repair people, and I still haven't heard back from them. I would definitely call Joe again with any appliance issues!

    Kitchenaid Refrigerator

    Our freezer was working, our frig section was not. After trying to fix it myself by deicing and making sure the drain wasn't iced up I called Joe as I knew it was out of my scope as a DIY repair. Joe juggled some appointments and came the same day. It was an expensive repair part (circuit board replacement) but I have total confidence that it was what was needed. It was very obvious that Joe takes tremendous pride in his work as he was super thorough but efficient.

    Dishwasher Repair

    Joe was prompt in returning my call and scheduling a time the next day to come check out my dishwasher. While on site he completed the repair quickly and efficiently while keeping the cost as low as could be expected. Joe explained everything to me each step of the way and was extremely polite and professional. I have used Joe before to repair my dryer and won't hesitate to call him again. I wholeheartedly recommend him should you require a repair person for any major appliance.

    Repaired blocked drain on Maytag Whirlpool refrigerator freezer

    We had a problem with water accumulating in the bottom of the freezer drawer in our refrigerator/freezer. It would build up and leak onto the floor. Tried defrosting a couple of times but it kept recurring. I called Joe and explained the problem. He was aware of this problem with freezer drain block in this model and had his own fix- he came prepared with the right equipment and solved the problem. So far, no recurrence, so it looks like problem solved. It was easy to schedule the appointment, Joe arrived promptly and also called ahead to let me know he was on his way. We previously had him fix our old dryer and that is why I asked him back- as also solved that problem a couple of years ago and its still running. Highly recommended.

    Dryer repair

    I called Joe when I noticed that my dryer wasn't heating. He came the same day and quickly figured out the problem was the heater. He had replacement part with him so he repaired it on the spot. Joe also made sure that there's no other reason the heater was gone (like a problem with the thermostat), that everything is clean and the air duct is not blocked. Great service, very professional. I will call him again whenever I have problems with appliances.

    Freezer/fridge not working properly

    Ice build up in the feeezer that I had defrosted twice in the past month. Fridge was warm. Our fridge is in an alcove and to remove it would have been costly. Of the 3 people who responded to my request for help, Joe was the only one who said he could probably fix it without pulling out the fridge. He did some diagnostic tests and replaced a part and it worked like magic. Our 13 year old fridge is working like a charm! He was professional and in and out in an hour! Would highly recommend!

    Fixing an old KitchenAid fridge

    Second time using Joe's services. Excellent communication, prompt service. Fixed the problem in a very unorthodox way, but provided an option to purchase a new board (which he had in stock (!)). Saved me a lot of money, the fridge is working great for a couple of months now.

    Leaky Kitchenaid fridge

    Joe The Appliance Guy was exceptionally great!! He arrived on time and repaired my leaky fridge and made recommendations. He was very honest. If your looking for an appliance repairman look no further!!!!

    Kenmore Fridge

    Our fridge had stopped cooling so I called Joe. He was able to diagnose and repair the problem in under an hour of work time. He is prompt, professional and skilled. I've used his services before and will again for any appliance issue. Thanks Joe.

    Stove and Dryer repair

    Joe has saved us many times with his expertise. He is very knowledgeable, respectful, clean, honest, and efficient. He always responds to my calls quickly and personably. 2 weeks ago he repaired our stove and last week he was back to repair our dryer. I would highly recommend Joe and his excellent service.
