    Whirpool dryer

    We have used Joe's services a few times over the years to repair our fridge and whirpool dryer. He is extremely knowledgeable and efficient and quick to respond. I would highly recommend him!

    STOVE REPAIR

    I contacted Joe and he called me back right away and scheduled me in within 24 hours to visit my home. He was very professional and efficient and was able to repair my stove one day later. He kept me in the loop of the progress and went above and beyond to repair the part so that I didn't have to buy a new stove. I would highly recommend Joe. I can say he knows what he is doing and I trust his workmanship and skills. Thanks again Joe! A+++

    Dryer heating element

    Called Joe and he was able to come and fix the dryer within the hour. Joe is personable and professional and was able to assess the situation quickly and luckily able to fix on the spot. He's not the cheapest but I feel that his quality of work and professionalism is worth the added cost. With two young children in the house it was imperative that we have the dryer working as soon as possible. Great job. I would definitely recommend using this company again.

    Dryer Repair

    My dryer started overheating, and Joe was super quick to respond to my call and an appointment was quickly set up. Joe identified the problem right away, had the part in his van and I was up and running in about an hour. The dryer has been working perfectly since. Joe's long time experience in the industry is invaluable and sets him apart from the competition. Thanks Joe!

    Appliance repair

    This was 7 Th time using joe, the appliance guy. I only call Joe for my appliance repairs. I've known him for over 10 years now and trust me he is the best. He is diligent, informative and always cost effective. I highly recommend him. Best of all when you call The Appliance guy you always get Joe. That's important. Sal

    Top Load Washer Repair

    I found Joe on Home Stars and decided to go with him after reading all of the great reviews. I am glad I did. He called me the very next morning and came to repair my washer that afternoon. My washer was not draining as I had loaded too many items and an article of clothing got stuck in the pump. Joe knew exactly what to do and fixed the issue within 15 minutes. He also triple-checked that the water was draining and that the washer was spinning properly to save me from having to call him back again after. There was some wear on the belt however he gave me his honest opinion and suggested that it was still fine to use and I did not need to replace it. All in all, super pleased with the service. Joe was super communicative, friendly and personable. He definitely knows his stuff and is super knowledgeable about the industry. I highly recommend him!! Thanks again Joe!! :)

    Freezer Iced up

    A couple years ago, my freezer kept filling up with ice. It was a very slow build up, but significant. I called in a random appliance person to fix it (long story). He used a hair dryer and a vacuum and said it was all fixed. I was quite apprehensive, understandably so, it didn't work at all. So, I came to homestars and found Joe. I like the simple names, and all the positive reviews made me feel confident in him. When we first spoke, I think he was on the road, but he asked me a series of questions (about the problem, the make and age of my refrigerator, etc.) and he already knew the appliance AND the problem. He came in, actually OPENED up my refrigerator, said a few magical words (just kidding), and he was out quicker than the guy who didn't fix it. It's been about 2 years and its still running great! Thanks so much Joe! Sorry this review took so long, but I am also writing this review for me - so I don't forget who you are and to have your contact right here for when I need you next. P.S. I don't remember at all how much this costed.

    Dryer repair

    I have been working with Joe for years. What sets Joe apart is that he actually cares. Joe arrives on time, does a great job and leaves the worksite clean. I would recommend Joe without hesitation.

    Ancient Stove Repair

    Joseph is simply amazing. Within seconds he could identify the parts that were required and even told me the history of our ancient stove. The Kenmore (Camco) is on it’s last legs, but Joseph assured me that it would work for many years to come. Joseph is honest, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I’d happily recommend him to any of my family and friends.

    Refrigerator repair

    My refrigerator stopped cooling. Joe responded quickly, arrived on time, assessed, repaired (having the necessary part in his truck), and waited to confirm that all was successful. I will always call Joe first and highly recommend to everyone!
