    Dryer Repair

    Joe responded immediately to the call, arrived in time. as promised, come equipped with the right tool and parts, diagnosed the problem instantly, performed the work professionally and quickly to my full satisfaction. This guy has no time for shoddy jobs, that's why he does it right, the first time. Highly recommended. Remember, this Joe is not a regular Joe, but very good one.

    Joe is the Best (Appliance) Guy!

    Very happy to have found Joe on Homestars. I phoned about a leaky fridge and he returned my call the following morning. He asked if I could wait until he had more calls in north TO and I agreed to wait a few days as the leak was internal and not an emergency. He called me later that week, and made a same day apt. He was on time and spent about 40 mins working on the problem. I prefer to use smaller (one person) companies, and love that Joe has decades of experience. He is personable and honest and I will definitely use him again in the future.

    stacked dryer & washer repair

    Dryer stopped having heat & washer hose broke. Located in extremely tight fitting closet, requiring creativity to figure out how to get at the back (solved by tilting the whole unit forward & accessing from another side closet door). He replaced the thermostat & checked all other electrical connections. The washer hoses were replaced the highest quality stainless steel hoses. Courteous & prompt service.

    Dryer and Fridge Repari

    Wonderful experience. Joe is honest, trustworthy and has your interests in mind. Would be confident in referring to others or using Joe again myself . (hopefully not for a while)

    Loud chirping dryer fixed!

    I called Joe and he made it to my home and got right down to business within a few hours! Joe is a no nonsense guy who knows his stuff and gets right to it. His high level of experience is evident from the start and he tries to repair your problem as efficiently as possible. Our repair ended up being a bit more complicated but he just pushed forward and got the job done. It was wonderful that he had the parts he needed in his truck and did not have to schedule as second visit. We finally have an "Appliance Guy" we can trust! Thanks Joe!

    Great Service

    Fantastic service. Joe was available immediately to service our refrigerator. He was very professional and the price was great. We have used Joe in the past and he always exceeds our expectations.

    Fixed Dryer

    This is the second time I have used Joe for repairs and he has been great both times. Joe is responsive, honest and very knowledgeable. He explained everything thoroughly and I am very happy with his work. I would highly recommend Joe for any appliance repairs that you may have.

    Dishwasher valve repair

    Joe came and delivered as promised within 24 hours of my phone call! My dishwasher was fixed few months ago by another company and because they did a butcher job, the valve started leaking again. If I had known Joe back then, I would have called him to do the repair. I'm sure it still would be fine. Very professional, fast and courteous service at a very reasonable price. I'm definitely saving his info for the future appliance problems. It is my pleasure to highly recommend Joe and his services.

    Dryer repair

    Contacted Joe about my squealing Maytag dryer via email and he replied within an hour with an estimate. He provided a time when he could arrive (same day) and after arriving on-time, he promptly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He's professional, skilled, and genuinely a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend him.

    Fantastic service from a guy who really cares about doing great work!

    If you ever have the pleasure of meeting Joe, you'll tell right away that he takes pride in his work. I've never had such great experiences with repair calls until I met him. This is the second time I've used Joe's services. First time around, he replaced the glides in my dryer. This time, I was having trouble with my washer which wasn't draining or finishing its spin cycle. Joe came in his usual timely fashion, had a look, and immediately addressed the issue right away. He gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision as to whether or not I should replace the part that was acting up. In this case, I opted not to, likely saving myself a good chunk of money. Bottom line - if you need an honest repairman without the usual hassle associated with service calls, call Joe. You won't be disappointed.
