I called Joe on Thursday night in regards to a washer problem. He called back on Friday and was kind enough to tell me it was a bearing problem and would cost about 700.00 to fix with parts. He did not want to waste my 70.00-75.00 for him to come in and see it when he knew what the problem was. He also called back a second time to answer a question about a used machine I was thinking about buying. He told me the best machine is Samsung, and also LG and whirlpool are good and if they are made in North America it is better. I was extremely impressed with his kindness and help. I will sure to call him if I have any problems with any of my appliances. Thanks, Marie

We had a problem with our '06 Whirlpool top loader washing machine; when it was on its spin cycle, it would squeak & thump loudly, along with sliding over to the sink. Joe quickly found the issue; it was the teflon guides, there was only 1, the other 2 were worn right off. Now the machine works quietly, like it should. Also, Joe had been in to repair our '84 Eaton Viking dryer last Oct '14. At the time, he noticed the teflon guides were very worn, but didn't have the part on hand. When he arrived to repair the washer, he remembered the dryer & had the guides on hand to fix it too. Now the dryer works very smooth. I highly recommend Joe because his turn-around time from call to being on-site is fast, he's punctual, courteous & has stellar knowledge; not only on new appliances, but the older ones as well. If you want your appliances serviced expertly & operate at their optimum, I recommend him highly.

I have called Joe in several times over the years for various appliance repairs. He is very professional, quick to respond, friendly, and always very fair. Our pump on the washing machine broke. The manufacturer sells the pump as a unit with another part. Joe replaced only the piece that was defective, saving me $70. He is thorough and his work is always completed very well. I will definitely be calling Joe back for any other repairs that may arise over the years.

Found Joe from this site. Called him Monday morning and we talked for a few minutes about my Dryer problems that were so strange that my prior repair man gave up on diagnosing and told me to find a technician. Joe was great to talk to and great communicator. He rearranged his schedule to help us out right away. He knows his stuff and it sure shows through his troubleshooting. He found the problem and managed to salvaged an expensive part (rather than just tell us we needed to buy new part) and got things working again (safely of course as that was his primary concern) and saved us hundreds in the process. He took the time needed to do the job right and provide very high level of service (rare these days). Can not say enough great things about Joe. Our new Go-To Guy for any Appliance needs! I called Joe to look at a problem I was having with the freezer on our fridge icing up, resulting in a warm main compartment. It came as no surprise to me when Joe remarked on the rarity of this fridge, but he knew just who to call and was able to get information that ended up saving me several hundred dollars. He defrosted the freezer and, because he was going on vacation and couldn't get the part before he left, gave me the information and showed me how to install it (which I did). I waited a week to post this review because I wanted to be sure that the easier, cheaper solution worked and it has. Joe was definitely the right guy for me and I truly appreciate how he was able to get my fridge up and running again, all whille saving me money. Thanks Joe!

Outstanding Customer service! Joe arrived within a couple of hours after our initial conversation. He made the repair to the bottom freezer of my fridge very quickly and also offered me useful tips on all my kitchen appliances.

I have used Joe the appliance guy a few times now, and I am beyond satisfied with his work. He is kind, reliable, honest, knowledgable and knows what he is doing. He has saved our dishwasher 2x, our fridge and our freezer. His pricing is one of the best in town and he is absolutely amazing at what he does! Highly recommend!!

I really appreciate the service and care Joe puts into his work. He came and was able to quickly disassemble my dryer and diagnose the problem (burnt out heater coil). The part I appreciate the most is that he asks a lot of questions up front so he can be better prepared and have all the necessary parts with the hope of addressing the issue in one session. We had employed Joe's services in the past when we lived in a house. We were very pleased and satisfied with Joe's work ethic, punctuality, honesty, workmanship, and fair pricing. When we moved into our condo, we asked Joe to assess our appliances (washer, dryer, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, fridge). Joe gave us an evaluative report for each appliance and made some adjustments to some of the appliances. His fee for the evaluation and adjustments was exceptionally reasonable, given the amount of time he spent here. Joe informed us about a major repair on the oven range, and gave us an honest opinion as to whether or not we should pay for the repair or buy a new stove. Even though the repair job was a major undertaking, the quote he gave us was very reasonable. Joe returned the same week, repaired our stove, and honoured his original quote. Once again, his level of professionalism and his extensive expertise was evident. In addition, Joe is a kind, sincere and affable appliance guy.
