    Refrigerator repair

    Contacted Joe on Nov 19, as our fridge stopped working and he was here literally the next day with a fast and affordable fix. He even moved around a few appointments just to accommodate my schedule. Turns out, the thermostat in the fridge was gone (I wasn't aware my fridge even had one). I really appreciated Joe taking the time to explain exactly what went wrong and give me the heads up about a few more issues to look out for that are likely to cause trouble in the future.

    Stove repair

    I found Joe through the Homestars reviews. I can only second all the positive things said about his work. He is professional, answered my call quickly, gave me good advice, fixed the problem and made sure it was fixed. I will certainly call him again whenever I have an appliance problem.

    Refrigerator repair

    I had a cooling fan problem with our fridge, an old one from Whirlpool. I called Joel, provided him the model no. of the fridge and based on the information, he purchased the required parts and came around to fix the fridge within 48 hours. He was prompt, responsive and proactive. His invoice was very transparent and easy to understand, making you think that he's not overcharging the customers. I would definitely call him back again if I encounter any problems with my appliances.

    Washing machine repair

    Joe was very good. I called him in the morning and he came in the afternoon to take a look. He ordered the part (broken lock) and came back in a couple of days once he had the part to install it. He was relatively quick and very honest. Also, he was very friendly. Subsequently, he also gave me tips to deal with smells from the washer and told me my washer and dryer were in good condition. I will highly recommend him.

    Repair Kitchenaid gas range

    I called Joe after checking some reviews on Homestars. My call was returned promptly but he wasn't sure when he would be in my area. As luck would have it he called next morning and said he would be in the area. He arrived when he said he would and did an excellent job repairing my oven. He was also very polite and friendly. I highly recommend Joe to anyone in need of any kind of appliance repair. And the cost was very reasonable.

    Dryer

    Bosch gas range-oven

    The first good sign was when a person, rather than an answering machine picked up the phone and took my information. Within 30 minutes, Joe owner and tech, called and made an appointment. He listened carefully to the symptoms and thought he had the solution. Joe arrived within the window of time agreed upon. He worked quickly and efficiently and solved the problem! Joe's manner was professional, helpful and friendly. I highly recommend him! So glad to have found him!

    gas dryer

    Joe was able to repair the unit within 30 minutes, he had the part in stock. Joe was friendly and professional. I will be recommending him to friends and family.

    Appliace Repairs

    Joe was on time, very professional, was able to diagnose the problem right away and made some other very helpful recommendations. He had to come back for a follow up appointment and once again was on time and solved a potential problem.

    repair of an old inglis dryer

    thought my dryer was too old to repair. but joe had the parts and fixed it! this guy is a gem! he knew what he was doing - saw the problem right away, explained it to me and then fixed it. his price was reasonable too. I will NEVER call anyone but him for repair work in the future.
