We found Joe through this site & he was able to come the same day we contacted him. A 26 year old fridge that was leaking water & 15 year old dishwasher that had a broken door spring where both repaired within an hour at a fair price. The dishwasher door works even smoother than before it broke & the creaking noise is also gone! Joe was prompt, polite & very knowledgable on both appliances that required repair. He quickly troubleshooted them where he found the issues for each of them easily. He walked us through the issues before & during them being fixed & we felt very comfortable throughout the process. I highly recommend him & his services based on our experience & we are very pleased we found our new go to appliance repair "guy"… Joe!

He repaired our 15 year old Maytag dishwasher and also gave great advice on the "repair vs. replace" aspect of not only the dishwasher, but other appliances as well. Our 5 year old dishwasher was not cleaning properly and was making loud noises. I checked HomeStars and selected The Appliance Guy based on his reviews. My call was returned promptly and a service call arranged. Joe arrived exactly when he said he would. He took the dishwasher apart, cleaned it and replaced the cutter blade that chops up any residue from dirty dishes. Now it works better than when it was new! He also replaced a block and burner on our old Moffat stove. The stove is about 40 years old, but he still had the parts on his truck. He told us not to get rid of it as it is a wonderful baker. It is obvious that Joe is very experienced, knowledgeable and is committed to providing excellent personable service at a reasonable price. He explained what he was doing as he worked. I highly recommend The Appliance Guy and I will be a loyal customer in the future.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Joe. He is terrific. He is very responsive and came on very short notice to fix my dryer before xmas. He is very professional and reliable. We have used him before and would do so again.
