    LG Fridge Repair in Etobicoke

    I should have called these guys first for my LG appliance. Lesson learned. If you have a LG appliance that is out of warranty - DO NOT CALL LG. CALL the Appliance GUY first! Quick to respond and waited a couple of days for them to show up. Came when stated. New what he was doing compared to the LG recommended guy who asked to see my manual. Determined no parts available, but he has a work around. Music to my ears. Quick workaround to get the appliance going, as he need to get additional parts and coming back in a week. I am ok with this approach. It works (finally) and he has a long term solution, which does not included replacing my appliance - LG's approach. I have to say it put my faith back into professional people who believe there is more to fixing an appliance then reading a manual. Also to note - LG states after 10 years no support. Who buys a $6,000 appliance every 10 years? Thanks guys! All is working!

    Dryer service

    Would highly recommend Joe to service any appliances!!! Very friendly, very knowledgeable, same day service, with the spare part he needed in his truck! Will not hesitate to call Joe again for next appliance repair.

    Fridge

    Joe is the only APPLIANCE GUY I use and recommend. He is honest, professional and a life saver. I'm happy I have him to call with my breakdowns. Thanks Joe for all you do.

    Washer

    Joe was courteous, knowledgeable, effective and saved me alot of money. He solved a mould smell issue in my washer that was plaguing us for some time without us having to buy a new pump which was where the smell was originating from.

    Stove

    Just wanted to thank Joe for fixing our stove and making it work like new again. Joe was quick to answer our call and came quickly to assess and fix our problem. Joe was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. We would definitely call on him again. Thanks again!!

    Replacement of Control Panel for Gas Range

    I called Joe because he had previously repaired my dishwasher and washing machine. He was prompt, knowledgeable, honest, courteous and wonderful to work with. As always! He laid out how he saw the issue/repair, and what our options were. I will absolutely call him again if I need him, I could not recommend him more highly. He is really the best.

    He's The Man!

    I knew that the stove needed help, but who would I call to do the work? I relied on HomeStars for their advice & called The Appliance Guy. After a brief phone call to discuss the problem, he came to the house the next day & fixed it. Not only that, he also pointed out another issue with the oven that was about to occur & fixed that too! All done for a very reasonable price, I feel. No doubt about it, the next time I have a problem with an appliance, The Appliance Guy is the one I'll call.

    Electric Kitchen Aid Stove - electronic error code - fixed!

    Joe was friendly, reliable, arrived on time and explained what was needed. Final price was lower than another quote. Fix was fast and efficient the very next day. Thanks Joe!

    Wow! Best appliance guy ever!

    Wow! I woke up Friday morning to discover my fridge was not cold. I called Amana to see if we could troubleshoot the problem and confirmed I needed a service call. Their recommended service provider would cost, for an initial assessment $180 and could not come until Monday morning. I decided to google search a local applicable service. After reviewing home star I saw that the appliance guy was highly rated. I called him left a message, he called me back 5 minutes later, he happened to be in the area and said he could be over in 45 mins ( he had to move another appointment forward by 30 mins) Wow!! I felt so lucky. Then he came in diagnosed the problem, fixed it, replaced a part and was done in 45 mins. Wow! I was amazed! His cost came to a total of $225 ... The Amana repair company was going to start at $180 Wow! This guys number is going in my contact list. I'm calling him from now on. Thank you!! You made my day and saved me hundreds of dollars in groceries!

    Samsung dryer repair

    Joe is a credit to his profession. I couldn't believe how lightning quick he was in determining the issue with my dryer (thermostats), and he's a fountain of information about washer/dryer products and services, providing some great tips for things I could do to minimize repairs later. I don't think I would ever use anyone else for my appliances.
