    dishwasher

    My dishwasher stopped working. I called him on a Wednesday afternoon, told him the brand( Ikea sold), explained the problem and he was able to come Thursday morning to fix it. He provided good advice, he had the pieces required for fixing the dishwasher in his trunk and fix it.

    Kitchen Aid refrigerator

    When our refrigerator stopped keeping food as cold as usual we called Joe, The Appliance Guy. Joe responded quickly to our call. He actually diagnosed the problem during our phone call and arrived with the necessary part to repair the fridge. Joe is extremely knowledgeable and not only is very competent with repairs but offers tips to ensure your appliance continues to run worry free. I highly recommend Joe for all you appliance repairs.

    Whirlpool Washing machine repair; Dryer repair

    Highly recommended. Very friendly, quick to respond and flexible scheduling. Joe is very knowledgeable and was able to resolve the problem with my washing machine which was not draining and stuck with a locked door and GUI frozen. At the same time I had Joe take a look at my 30 year old dryer (lol) with a broken knob and he had the parts to get it fixed up and running.

    Dishwasher fix

    Joe was quick to respond and flexible about scheduling a visit. He was able to find and clear the problem and was helpful in pointing out how to prevent similar issues in future. I would definitely phone Joe for any problem with any of my appliances without hesitation. Dishwasher is working like new now!

    Bosch Dishwasher

    I had used Joe's services many years ago for my parents' dishwasher. He was very kind and honest, and hardly charged anything at the time, knowing they were seniors. I called him this week for my own dishwasher. He was quick to respond, and very friendly and professional. He clearly takes pride in his work, and that is a rarity nowadays.

    KITCHEN AID GAS RANGE

    Joe was so quick to respond and arrive to fix the fan in my oven. I have used The Appliance Guy several times before and will continue to do so in the future. Joe is trustworthy, knowledgeable and such a nice man!

    appliance repairs

    Joe, the owner and principal of "the appliance guy, is the nicest, most honorable service man i have yet to encounter. he knows his work, and will fix only what is wrong with great ease and consideration for the customer. he is especially great with older appliances (10 years or more). after an initial phone call, he comes prepared with possible solutions. i have used him to fix my fridge and dishwasher (both older than 10 years), and i would not hesitate to use him again. I recommend him highly.

    Washing machine repair

    Very knowledgeable and friendly. Fixed only what was need. Gave great free advice. Highly recommend. He fixed my older model washer. I took his business cards so I can give them to my children.

    Dryer

    A few weeks ago, my dryer no longer could produce any heat and I had contacted Joe and let him know of the situation. The following day, he was able to come out and got right to work. He quickly located the problem and had the dryer working in no time. Joe is very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of information about dryers and appliances. I highly recommend The Appliance Guy with any appliance repair.
