A broken washer followed by a quick search on HomeStars.com - and a call to the Appliance Guy was made. He responded pronmtly and was at my place the next morning. He found the broken part and told me there is no need to replace the whole thing to save money. With some additional work only part of it needs to be replaced. This plan worked out perfectly and the washer is now working as good as before. Thank you Joe for the great job !

Joe did a great job fixing my dryer. He is very punctual and knowledgeable. He changed the belt in no time and I paid a fair price for the job.

Joe is a very knowledgeable and service oriented owner. I received a call back within 1 hour and he was there the next day to fix my stove problem. He also gave me an honest opinion on my dishwasher instead of saying he could fix it, he told me it would be better to replace. Highly recommend him!

My fridge stopped cooling and my food was thawing out so I moved it to an extra fridge in the basement. I called the Appliance Guy in the evening and he was at my house the next morning. He asked questions over the phone so that he could bring parts with him that should solve the problem. He had diagnosed the problem and was spot on so that the repair was completed within the hour and the fridge is now working well.

Dryer was spinning, but not heating. Joe came at the end of his day and THOROUGHLY diagnosed, fixed and quadruple checked the fix to ensure that it was working perfectly well again. Most guys would come, fix one issue they find and leave, but Joe actually took the time to investigate other issues that could be contributing to the problem. Thoroughly explained the problem and even more comprehensively explained what I can do to prevent issues like this from happening again. His work saved me from likely having to buy a new dryer 4 months from now. Consummate professional and a sincere person with his work. We contacted Joe as our kitchenaid fridge wasn't working -he squeezed us into his schedule - before he came he asked questions, did research and he was honest and upfront with us and told us he wasn't sure if he could fix it but he would certainly help us in getting the issue resolved. He showed up when he said and guided us in getting our appliance fixed. I would recommend him to anyone - and will definitely call him if I ever require any future repairs to my appliances.

The Appliance Guy was excellent! Not only did he arrive approximately when he promised he phoned just before the exact time he had promised to arrive in order to let me know he would be late. He was friendly, gave excellent service tips and made sure that the oven worked perfectly before leaving. I am thrilled to have someone care as much about his work. I will call him whenever I have an issue with any appliance in the house.

Joe came to fix my freezer within 3 hrs of when I first called and left a message. He asked a few questions before coming over to familiarize himself with the problem. His many years of experience was obvious, and very helpful as he has encountered the issue I was having (with the same brand) and was able to fix my freezer in no time. It took longer to thaw out the ice than for him to move the fridge, open it up, fix the drain issue, modify it somehow, and close it all up. Thanks Joe, I'll definitely be giving you a ring for any future appliance issues!

Needed a timer panel replaced, as the cycles were not changing properly. Joe answered my call promptly, came to my home on the same day and explained what the repair entailed. The part was on back order which he advised from the beginning and followed up within the promised time frame. I found Joe honest and professional. He repaired my washer with care and was very neat in the process. The price was fair and Joe requested I advise him if there should be any further problems. I highly recommend Joe's services for any appliance repair as he is very knowledgeable and honest with the assessment of the problem and solution. I will definitely call him again for any other service need.
