Professional, reliable service, reasonable price, useful advice... I called the company on Thursday and the representative came at the agreed upon time (two-hour window) on Friday. He researched the possible issues associated with the model number in advance, and did an excellent job explaining the issue that helped me make a decision.

Our dryer was making a terrible noise as the drum rolled. We called the appliance guy and explained the noise. He came with the right parts already in his pocket and fixed the problem promptly. He changed both worn wheels on the drum, so as to avoid changing the second one later… noise was gone- what a relief. Would call him again- its a heavy duty dryer and they don't make them like that any more.

Our dryer broke down the morning we began potty training our twin boys. After sensing the urgency in our voice Joe made our repair a priority and within 24 hours of the call, and 8 hours of initial contact, our dryer was fixed. He was prompt, honest and professional. Would ABSOLUTELY call him again and recommend his services. Thanks Joe!

Have a gas oven that was not heating up. Called and left a message, Joe called back about 15 minutes later. He said that he generally does not work on my brand, but from the sounds of it he thought he knows the problem, and would come by. If he was right he would fix it, if not then no charge. He brought the parts with him that he thought he would need. He came about a half hour later, he was right in what he thought the issue was, and he fixed it. Very professional, open and honest. He is very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I would easily recommend him to any of my friends, with the confidence that they would be happy with the result.

Had problems with my gas oven on the weekend. Jan. 5/2015 called 4 other services all were extremely busy. Joe called back and was able to make a visit within 20 minutes. He was punctual and professional. He has lots of experience and was able to diagnose and fix my problem quickly and efficiently. He also had the parts on hand to complete the job. Coming back on the New Year eve from a 30 day trip and finding the refrigerator down!... A disaster recipe for the New Year! But, Joe was the saver. He understood the problem, prioritized it, rescheduled other appointments, showed up at the promised time with necessary parts in his van and 30 min later everything was back to normal. THANKS JOE! I had been putting off calling an appliance repairman because we have had bad experiences with contractors in general. Eventually I couldn't take my faulty oven anymore, and found Joe on this website after reading all the positive reviews. I'm so glad I did. I left him a phone message with my oven type, model no. and the problem, and he called back a few hours later to say he thinks he can solve the problem and could come the next day. He came the next day (on New Year's Eve!!), within the exact time frame that he said he would, with the parts he suspected he needed. It turns out that after receiving my phone message, he went and did his own research on my oven and what the problem might be, so he could bring the right parts with him. Keeping in mind that ovens are very make/model-specific, he had only worked on my oven type twice before in his long career, and he had not seen my oven yet so he did know exactly what the problem was ... he ended up being exactly right on what his original diagnosis of the problem was - and he had the parts in his supply so we did not have to wait for anything to be ordered. He was responsive, prompt, courteous, patient, and above all, extremely knowledgeable about appliances. I'm so glad we have found someone we can trust. If any other appliances in our house go on the fritz in the future, we will be calling Joe. Thanks Joe!

I will never use another repairman. Joe knows everything. He creates his own repair tools to speed up the repair. Thirty plus years of experience leads to ingenuity. He is always reliable, HONEST, and completes the job. If you need him for an emergency he will take that into consideration. He fixed my dishwasher the day I called him whereas Sears told me they could get me a technician in 3 weeks. He is definitely worth more than he charges. If you have an appliance issue, save yourself the aggravation of reading more reviews. You found the guy you need.

The electric panel on my range stopped working -I called Joe and left a message. Within a day he had called me back and gave me a few options. Within three days he had the spare part ordered and was able to accommodate my work schedule and get it fixed. He came by and he fixed everything within the hour and I could not be happier. Joe is a professional and will always be my choice for appliance repairs. He also fixed the heating element for my dryer last year. Thanks Joe!

LOOK NO FURTHER. Our dryer stopped working; after doing some research about the possible causes, I decided to call in a tech.; after checking out a few outlets |I decided on Joe. He returned my call within ONE Hour; asked pertinent questions about the problem, set up an appointment, and very promptly he showed up with his truck which probably carries most of the required parts for any appliance repair. He was courteous, very professional, pointed out the problem completed the repair using genuine parts from his truck, he tested the dryer, he also upgraded the squealing tension "bar" to a real pulley (which is what it is supposed to be). The charges were extremely reasonable. I will call Joe for any of my future appliance repairs FOR SURE; and will recommend him wholeheartedly to all my friends/relatives. Thank you, Joe.
