Joe was unavailable but he hooked me up with someone else. Adrianno was competent, polite and thorough. He assessed the situation quickly and gave us a time and price right away. Was back in 2 days with parts and fixed in under an hour.Job well done Adrianno. Cheers.

Joe responded immediately to our call about a non-functioning ice maker and arrived right on time. He waned us about the risk of wasting money attempting a repair on a non essential part of an older stove. He logically assessed the probable cause and had vintage parts with which he was able to make a quick and effective repair. He was extremely polite and offered lots of explanation and suggestions. You know immediately he is very honest man.

We have an unconventional fridge model (not your usual brand name) we use as a secondary fridge that stopped cooling. Joe spent some time with me on the phone first to ascertain the extent of the problem and I appreciated that, as at least he was being honest about what the limitations could be before actually coming out on the service call. Anyway, he did make the trip in the end, brought along his box of “spare parts that most typically would fail first” and got the compressor (hence cooling) working again (what a great approach – you don’t have to wait for a technician to order a part after the initial visit). He did say he’d never seen a fridge like that before but he did do some research and followed up with me the next day regarding availability of parts, so at least I now know what my limitations are. I enjoyed his straight forward approach and thoroughness to this and I thank him for getting that fridge working again as we gear up for the holiday season.

Joe called me back the same day I called him and came out the next day on time. I actually had a problem with both my refrigerators and Joe quickly diagnosed the problem on both - one of which was a minor fix. He could have taken me to the bank on that one, but didn't and simply showed me the fix. Honest and trustworthy, I highly recommend him!

Joe got back to me the same day and came to service the appliance the next day. The washer motor would run but no longer spin the wash load. Joe quickly found the problem and fixed it, the washer works like new again. I've used Joe once before to repair our dryer, he's honest and knows his stuff. Also, he had plenty of helpful tips about maintaining the other appliances. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again in future.

When my dryer stopped working, I called Joe after finding him on Homestars. He called me back very promptly to schedule an appointment. As schedule worked out he was able to offer me a same day call. He even had the part we needed available after a quick diagnosis. The dryer was back in business that same day! Joe is friendly, professional, knows his business, and clearly has the customer at the forefront of his mind. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Joe to others and will most definitely call him the next time I need an appliance repair.

Joe from The Appliance Guy (not to be confused with The Appliance Repair Guys) recently repaired our fridge and did a stand-up job. Joe is a very knowledgable technician, friendly and provides very fast & affordable service. I would not hesitate to recommend him for any service repairs.

I found Joe by searching on HomeStars and let me tell you that he definitely lives up to his good reputation. He is prompt, professional, very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. He was able to fix my blocked freezer drain in no time, and without me having to remove everything from the freezer! I would definitely call him back for other appliance repairs! I am no longer dreading the "who-to-call" moment when something breaks down. I highly recommend him.

Joe is an appliance 'genius' - if he can't fix it, it can't be fixed! He is fair, honest, friendly, helpful and extremely reliable. He has repaired an ancient dishwasher, a faulty LG fridge and salvaged a Beaumark oven with some repairs and new parts so I didn't have to buy a new oven! He is extremely knowledgeable and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
