I have had Joe in twice: once to repair my oven and once for my fridge. Both were repaired promptly and professionally. You can count on him to do a great job with honesty, integrity and professionalism. I would definitely call him again and have recommended him many times.

Ive used Joe's services twice now for two different issues and both times he was amazing. LM and call was returned within 30mins. First time he scheduled service the next day and second time he was able to come out the same day. He showed up on time and completed the work in a timely manner. In both instances the repairs were done within days of my initial phone call. He diagnosed and finished the repairs quicker than Whirlpool could even send someone out to diagnose. I would definitely use him again and would recommend him to friends and family. He's FANTASTIC?!!!!!

I have worked with Joe 4 times now, and I have never been disappointed. We have a rental unit, and if ever anything goes wrong, I know he will not only return my call no later than the following morning, but he will promptly show up to the job site and take care of the problem. Joe is always extremely professional, kind and focussed. It is not uncommon for him to go above and beyond in his service and thoroughly explain not only what he is doing and why, but also how you can keep the appliance running smoothly and extend its life. My Whirlpool freezer was leaking water and notice ice buildup on the bottom tray. I notice the drain in the freezer was frozen. I called Joe at 10 AM and left a message. He called me back in 30 minutes and he was able to squeeze me in and come to the house at 11 AM. Joe had this homemade tool to defrost the frozen drainage without having to unload everything in the freezer or remove any of the racks and railing. Because of this homemade tool, he fixed the problem in 30 minutes. He's a great guy, very friendly and professional. I'd definitely use him again for any other appliance repairs in the future.

Great guy!! Worked fast but was really thorough. Knew my KitchenAid oven in great detail. Was able to diagnose my problem over the phone and had the part on hand. Happened to be in my area and offered to squeeze me in. Had the work done within two hours of calling him. Amazing experience. Can't say enough good things.

Returned my call first thing in the morning and came by the same day. Very knoweldgeable and professional, had the part with him and fixed problem immediately. Also provided tips and advice on other appliances. Would definitely call again for any appliance repairs in the future!

Joe is a knowledgeable, reliable and extremely tidy repairman. He quickly diagnosed my washing machine trouble and replaced the defective parts, (he actually had the parts on his truck so I did not have to wait or reschedule another appointment. While he was fixing my machine he went out of his way to also clean (vacuum) and lubricated other components. Terrific job, thank you Joe.
